staff very friendly. However, I had to pay at check in, even though I gave them credit card details. Also in coffee shop I had to pay when ordering my food. Does not leave the customer with much leverage if they have a complaint. Very limited choice at breakfast. If you dont want a cooked breakfast there is little alternative. |

kept awake until 2:30 am by loud music and when we told the girl the next morning she said we should have been told when we booked in that our room was above the ballroom which we were never told |

From we arrived until we where leaving, the staff where all very pleasant and helpful. The Allingham has got re-decorated from our last stay. We would stay in the Allingham atleast 4-5times a year. The breakfast was unbelieveable eat as much as you want and it was all good. |
