comments FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT, EXTREMELY GOOD SERVICE WHICH WAS GENUINE AND SINCERE. THE GIRLS AT RECEPTION WERE AMAZINGLY HELPFUL WHILE ALL THE BAR STAFF KNEW THEIR JOBS AND HAD A CONSTANT SMILE ON THEIR FACES. OVERALL TOP MARKS!!! P.S. QUALITY OF DRINK IN BAR TOP NOTCH TOO. comments Spent one night there with my wife, visiting relations in the city in late Nov 2011. Very favourable impressions in every area of the hotel-really helpful and friendly staff in all departments. Bedroom quite spacious,quiet and well furnished. Ate dinner there and breakfast the following morning- nad found food very good. Highly rcommended for the price and location

comments I have never stayed at the hotel before, but I was pleased with absolutely everything - the warmth of the welcome, the excellent food, and the very comfortable and well appointed bedroom. I enjoyed my visit so much that I booked a further stay in a couple of weeks.

comments Great stay, friendly but professional staff, great meals with quick service, even though it was busy in the restaurant, plenty of varied nightlife so so no need to leave the place. We had a very nice room on the top floor so no noise pollution but we still couldn't really hear that much noise coming from the discos, even when we standing in the Reception area. Would definitely come again.

comments I have to say that the sevice and the room were excellant. But the breakfast was very disappointing. Runny eggs, cold food (that should have been hot) A toaster that did not work, cold bread goes in and stays that way. Would it not be better to bring toast to the table? In essence I paid over 9 pounds for a plate of corn flakes, a small glass of juice and a tea. Next time I will go to McDonalds.

comments I couldn't fault my stay in Da Vinci's. I was greeted by very friendly and courteous reception staff, who answered all my queries. The room and facilities were perfect. After a night out 'on the town', the night staff were excellent and, to cap it off, the restaurant staff were superb in bringing breakfast to the room at relatively short notice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Da Vinci's to anyone.

comments I'll start by saying that I actually booked this hotel by mistake, believing it to be the Ramada in Limavady!! However I was very pleased with the Hotel. The staff where friendly and helpful, I requested a non smoking room away from the busy restaurant/club end of the complex, and got exactly what I requested with no hassles. A warm clean room, with all the facilities I would expect from such a hotel. The location was prefect for what we needed, within easy driving distance of city centre, (2mins?) and in a quiet area between residential and commercial districts. The only slight drawback would be that if you haven't checked, as I did using google street camera, you may have difficultly finding the hotel, as a result I would suggest a bigger/clearer sign at the actual road leading into the hotel.aside from that it was easy to find being on one of the main routes from the city. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again if I was visiting the city.

comments Hotel was lovely with very friendly staff and clean rooms - my only disappointment was the breakfast - the fruit and pastries were delicious but the fry was appalling - I can honestly say it was the worst cooked breakfast i had ever tasted - the cheapest sausages and rashers must have been used and the egg must have been powdered , mushrooms were tasteless - a huge disappointment as a good cooked breakfast leaves you in great mood for the rest of the day!

comments Our recent visit to Da Vinci's was fantastic, I highly recomend tis Hotel. Our party of six have stayed in several hotels in Derry and by far this has been the best. The staff are fantastic, the entertainment and food was also great. Also I would like to personally say thank you to Emma as I had left my keys at the hotel and she kindly agreed to forward them to me. Once again a big thankyou to all the staff for a very pleasant stay at Da Vinci's.

comments Positives:Good value, easy to find, rooms were clean and good size, pleasant staff. Negatives need to be early raiser on weekdays if your room is at the front of the hotel as was noisy from 7.0am with lorries in and out of car park. It is a good 20 minute walk to city centre but taxi to centre only £3.

comments Very pleased got rooms early /Daughter had young baby with her. This was helpful. House keeper noticed us on arrival Immediately arrange a travel cot and then a fridge for the room. Happened with out asking ovbiously has an understanding of the difficulty of travelling with a baby. Only complaint was that my bank account showed two transactions for £100 AND £200 put through during stay at hotel. Card only used once to pay account on departure. These were refunded to account as they were not fully authorised and the pin number was not used. As these showed up on account alarm bell sounded but they should not have showed up on account if they were only pre authorisation items. The disco on th efloor below was not helpful late on Saturday night, Would ask for rooms as far away from disco area if staying again.

comments I found the Ramada Da Vinci very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a wide range of choice and we really enjoyed the evening meal. We stayed for 2 nights. My daughter, grandaughter and myself felt right at home.

comments I stayed in the hotel for one night on dinner, bed and breakfast basis for my husbands birthday. We had a very nice relaxing time. There was a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the Hotel and the staff could not have been more friendly in particular the staff in the resturant both for the evening meal and the breakfast. Have been a few times before and will definitley be returning.

comments We have family in Derry so visit quite a lot. We have stayed in all the hotels in Derry at one time or another. We prefer to stay in Da Vincis as they arethe only hotel to offer all the facilities we require to include a really good restaurant and free car parking. The customer service provided is also excellent. We have never been disappointed with our stay at Da Vincis and will continue to come back.

comments Had a family occasion in Derry on the June bank holiday and stayed in Da Vinci's Ramada. From the time we arrived to the time we left the found the staff to be very attentive and friendly. Had a group booking of 17 for dinner on the Friday evening and everyone enjoyed and food and the ambiance of the restaurant. Would definately recommend Da Vinci's Ramada.

comments First class hotel! We have stayed on several occasions. Staff very attentive and friendly always make us feel welcome. Rooms very well maintained and comfortable. Restaurant excellent with very good menu. Food always prepared to extremely high standard and the breakfast is unbelievably good. We stay in many hotels in UK and Ireland on business and Da Vinci's is top three as far as breakfast is concerned! Good night's sleep, too. We look forward to our next visit in November.

comments We really enjoyed our overnight stay at your hotel last weekend. I was a bit puzzled though that when asking for the cocktail list and looking at the prices when it came to paying for the cocktail it was 50 pence dearer and when I asked the barman why it was dearer than it said on the menu I was told that every cocktail on the list was 50 pence dearer as it was an old menu. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

comments We had a lovely time at Da Vinci's Hotel. We stayed two nights. The room was very nice, the staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was very good. We'd definitely stay there again when we're in Derry. The only possible criticism was the breakfasts which were unexciting - the cooked breakfast wasn't very good -but in general it's a great hotel and deserves it's good reputation in the city.

We particularly enjoyed the bar, the service was very friendly and welcoming and the burgers are definitely to be recommended. comments Myself and my partner were early on our day of arrival and reception staff were very helpful they stored our bags while we went into town until check in time. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was beautiful and again staff were vey pleasant. Service was quick and efficient. Bar staff were also very friendly. Overall we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless clean and beds very comfortable. It was also suprising that the TV worked as not many do in other hotels we have stayed in!! I was recommended this hotel by a family member and would definately recommend to anyone else wanting a nice break away.

comments Second stay at Da Vinci's and equally as impressed as the first. First impression is the free car parking close to the hotel entrance. Receptionist was very friendly and informative about about dinner times, bar services etc. The last time we styed there were two beds in the room, however this time there was only one but a sofa, chair and coffee table were there instead which was a better option as we could sit and have a drink before going out. A small gripe would be that the TV could be slightly bigger. Service in the restaurant was excellent and the food equally so. The hotel bar was buzzing on both nights we stayed and the bar snacks were reasonably priced and tasted good. We rounded things off on the Sunday with the carvery which was only £6.50 each and our plates were filled. Would definitely recommend staying in Da Vinci's!

comments My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for his birthday. The room was lovely and as we had booked online at a reduced rate we were expecting a standard room but we actually got the club room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which is lovely. The staff here were also very friendly and the meal was gorgeous. The only complaint i would have is how warm the room was. Other than that i could not say anything bad about our experience in the hotel.

comments We stayed for 2 nights. The room was as we expected, clean, funtional and I was impressed that an iron and ironing board was in the room - don't always have that! We were disappointed with the view from the room- an oil depot and industrial yard. In addition, the room was incredibly warm. The best part of the stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, went out of their way to be helpful and always had smiles on their faces. We ate in The Bistro restaurant on both nights and the food was superb - I would definately recommend staying here to anyone. One thing to note is that it really is a good 20 minute walk into the town. You'd need to be fit. We took taxi's, which were always available outside the hotel.

We had dinner in the resturant on our first night which was also a plesant experience as the resturant had a cozy feel & the food was very good in terms of quality & quantity. I would definately return to this hotel

comments We stayed for two nights during june and found the lack of a simple plug in fan in the room was the only minus of our stay in the hotel as the room was extremely warm, especially at night. The hotel its self and the staff we're as good as you would get anywhere but the restraunt, and its staff, was second to none, i would highly recomend it.

comments We had a lovely stay in the Ramada, staff were very helpful and friendly but the one issue we had was that the room was very very stuffy. Air con would have been nice or failing that a small fan would have helped.
