Very friendly staff, excellent food and service in the restaurant

Stayed in the Bushtown with my husband and two children in a family room which was very clean and comfortable. The staff where very friendly and the food was first class. Having a swimming pool was great fun for the kids and the sauna was lovely for the adults. Can't wait to stay again in the future .

The only negative comment I have for the Hotel is that the Spa facilities were under renovation at the time of our stay. This was unfortunate and not really the hotels fault. Everything else was perfect. The decor, friendliness of staff, cleanliness and food are all first class. Thank you. We will book again in the future.

The hotel was easy to find and spotlessly clean. At all times the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The food was excellent and at breakfast and dinner there was a good selection. My only possible criticism is that we found the double bed to be on the small side. We only have an ordinary double at home but this one was definitely a lot smaller. Couldn't fault the hotel on anything else and for an overnight/weekend stay we would certainly recommend it to our friends and family.

I booked two nights for my mum & dad and they enjoyed their stay very much. Had a meal with booking on first night, enjoyed it so much they ate in the restaurant the second night. Thank you.

When I checked in, I received a friendly welcome at Reception. I was pleased with my room, which I found to be good value for money. I also thought the facilities at the hotel were excellent, and enjoyed my breakfast. Staff are helpful and the hotel presents a warm and friendly atmosphere. I will recommend it to others.

I was really pleased with the Bushtown hotel, I could not find fault with it. I have recommended it to my collegues who will be doing work in your area over the next few months. I stay in hotels on business two or three times a month and I have to say the Bushtown is one of the best hotels I've ever come across. Well done to your staff.

Good location for Coleraine and North Coast but car needed. Staff friendly and helpful and Monday night entertainment (Indians when we stayed) excellent. Fun crowd. Room was clean and comfortable although view was poor (a hedge!!). Food OK but the decor in the accomodation end needs bringing up to date (reminded me a bit of an elderly Aunt's house). Overall not a bad place.

The internal corridor doors need dampers as they kept us awake when closing, otherwise very pleasent stay and would stay again

The accommodation was good, room warm on a chilly night. Fish was excellent but the service not so good. Staff were not familiar with the menu. It is a very friendly hotel. Would stay again.
