マルコス広場から一直線に歩いて１、２分でとても判り易いロケーション。
フロントの対応も非常に柔軟で正確。
マチュピチュへ行く前後に宿泊したが、荷物にタグを付けて部屋に置いたままチャックアウトし、再度チェックインしたときには、既に部屋に置かれていた。
マチュピチュに行く前後にはお勧めの宿です。

The hotel went above and beyond to accomodate all of our needs when arriving in Cusco, including an airport pick up, to arranging transfers and dinner reservations. Definitly would stay again.

we loved our stay! we had a double superior room (number 401, really pretty) with a very comfy bed, windows looking over the city, and a whirlpool tub. the breakfast spread with generous and diverse, computer access with printer appreciated, airport pickup well-organized, and service really lovely. we'll definitely stay here if we come to cuzco again!

El hotel que es un sitio muy acogedor, muy bien situado, bello en cada rincon, comodo, limpio y el personal siempre amable y con una sonrisa listos a ayudar en lo que se necesite, sumamente eficientes. Nos hacian sentir en casa, son personas muy lindas, siempre atentas. awesome night stay here - couldnt have been a more friendly, and hospitable staff. we were coming off of a string of awful experiences at tourist traps in aguas calientes (near machu pichu) and when i got to this hotel, i felt at home. they also were kind enough to give me and my friend two separate rooms after a long day of travel. the breakfast was free and great! i wish i had more time in cusco and more time to enjoy the hotel. i think its a great alternative to the crazy expensive 5 star hotels - gives you all the comforts you need at a reasonable price without having to stay in a hostel. recommended!

Wonderful location, really helpful staff - we loved it all! Thank you for a fantastic visit to Cusco, for your help with transport to and from the airport, for the great restaurant recommendations and reservations, and for taking care of our luggage while we hiked the Inca Trail. If we ever return to Cusco, we would be delighted to stay here again! (Although we may choose a different room due to the noise from the disco! Room 503 was noisy at night, but we were too tired to notice much!)

We LOVED the location and service that the Hotel Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza offerred to make our trip truly safe and memorable. The location can't be beat - just a short walk uphill from Plaza de Armas, where one can find ample restaurants and shopping. Best of all, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in arranging taxi and shuttle services to and from the airport and rail stations - while making sure that the pick-up time and price were honored - this was invaluable to making our trip run smooth and safe. The rooms were comfortably appointed with more-than-adequate bed and bath amenities - GREAT for the price we paid. The breakfast consisted of an excellent choice of continental items - with a beautiful courtyard to enjoy your morning cup of caffe. Awesome job guys - we will highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends !!

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms. I really enjoyed my stay with Tierra Viva while I was in Cuzco. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my luggage safely at the hotel while I hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu for 4 days. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels on our trip to Ecuador and Peru. The location is outstanding, about a block away from the main square, so it was easy to find restaurants, cabs, sights, and shopping. There was a little store on the square that sold drinks and liquor.
The rooms were very modern, even by U.S. standards, with flat screen TV with cable and channels from U.S., Germany, China, Japan, etc., a nicely tiled bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a room safe, wood floors in the room. It was quite comfortable. Our particular room was one of a couple of rooms that had sweeping views of Cusco, and that was spectacular. There was an amazing breakfast buffet every day that included cereals, fruits, eggs, tamales, bacon, sausage, cakes, and a variety of juices. There was also free wi-fi and computers and printers for printing boarding passes or checking emails.
If there was a downside, it was that the tub was a bit high so the showerhead was low, and it was a bit tricky getting out of the tub. Also, like all of Peru, you are supposed to put your toilet paper in a garbage can instead of in the toilet, but that is nothing specific to this hotel. Also, you could hear church bells ringing from three different churches at about 7 in the morning--again, nothing specific about this hotel. There was a slight disco thump at night but I think you'd also hear that anywhere downtown. We had no problem sleeping.
Staff was always helpful and pleasant. Taxi's could be summoned on a moment's notice. They also picked us up from the airport. Highly recommended for a stay in Cusco. If you are going to Machu Picchu, be aware that it takes about 4 hours each way so consider spending a night (no more) in the ramshackle dusty town of Aguas Calientes (you'll be plenty glad to be back to the comfort of Cusco after that, but it would give you plenty of time at Machu Picchu).

I really loved the location, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is very nice. The only thing I didn't like is the mattress, because it made noises against the headboard every time you turned on the bed.

our stay was very nice as usual when we stay at hotel tierra viva, however, we did not get an answer to our request that we sent when we reserved the room which was to have a later check out and to arrange a taxi...it would be nice to get an answer to a request even if it is a negative one.

Extremely friendly staff, clean, and ideally located right off the Plaza Armas. Our stay in Cuzco could not have gone better. Hotel Tierra Viva sent someone out to meet us at the airport and helped us make restaurants reservations and travel arrangements to Ollayantambo train station. The downstairs sala with the fireplace was a touch that made the place feel more like home that just another hotel. Great value all around.

The Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza is a charming and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city of Cusco. The friendly hotel staff catered to our every need. Es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Cusco. Esta muy muy céntrico (al lado de la Plaza de Armas), las habitaciones son muy agradables y confortables y los desayunos son muy completos.
En general estuvimos muy a gusto alojados aquí. También organizan excursiones por la zona pero realmente puedes encontrar lo mismo de una manera más económica por tu cuenta. Por otro lado el servicio es excelente y muy amables.
Sin duda volvería

Our stay at Tierra Viva in Cusco Plaza, was the best. We couldn't have chosen a more comfortable location. This hotel is close to the main downtown plaza, beds were very comfortable after a day of hiking, and the service was excellent. I would refer Tierra Viva to all of my friends and family.

We really liked the hotel and the staff. It is well located, pretty close to the Plaza de Armas. It's a wonderful hotel. Only 1/2 block from the Central Plaza on a quiet street (I think the only quiet street off the plaza). The staff where wonderful in every way. They also put us in contact with tourguides for guided private tours. Very helpful. Would certainly stay here again!!!

Nuestra estancia en Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza fue muy placentera, a parte que las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y tienen todo lo necesario para que durante la estadía a uno no le falte nada, la servicialidad y atención al huesped es excelente. Todos los empleados del hotel son muy amables y siempre están atentos a cualquier necesidad de uno. En resumen si volviera a Cusco definitavamente vuelvo a este hotel.
