comments There was a problem with the hot water supply during our stay, whereby we had to leave the taps running for 10 minutes or so before the water was hot enough to shower. I've been using the hotel for many years now, and for the first time, I noticed that the rooms are starting to show signs of neglect from a maintenance perspective. Apart from these minor issues I had a very enjoyable stay.

comments Hotel accomodation could not be faulted, even better we were upgraded to a fabulous Junior Suite. However, the pre-booked "meal deal" wasn't as good as expected - although breakfast was excellent; one of the participating restaurants was closed for refurbishment and it appeared that you only had a limited choice from the other restaurant menus. That said our meals were very good.
