See comments below. When we eventually got our room, we were pleased with the stay. (The hotel had sold our room when we arrived at about 8 p.m. We had previously paid a deposit of 90 Euro with credit card with the booking and no mention was made of informing the hotel of late arrival. Due to this we were put in another hotel for the first night, where the room was dark and had no balcony. We feel we missed out on a day.)
