comments I was extremely happy with my stay. Everything was family orientated, the staff with very pleasant and helpful. Kids club was great also, parents can have a nice meal in the restaurant without having to look after the kids 4 one evening at least. (or more if you please) I will be definately returning (you get a disc if you do whcih is a plus) and would recommend it to any family looking for a long or short stay.

comments Rooms very clean. Staff all friendly and nice. Disappointed that it seems to be a very child orientated hotel on ther website yet, the playground was so small. The food was nice but fairly average. I didn't have a meal that I could say was really delicious and would eat again.. it was all just "OK". However I still enjoyed my stay there.

comments We stayed at the quality hotel last year and for 3 nights in may this year. The standard of the food has improved a lot but the prices have increased aswell. I would rather pay a bit more though and thought that the service was worth it. I would like to return again we had a great time.

comments It was our first time away with our 4mth old baby, which is why we booked the Quality as we knew it was family friendly. The location on the beach was perfect and the leisure centre was ideal too. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future breaks as our son gets older. Staff very friendly and food good too, did not need to leave grounds of hotel for the duration of our stay.

comments the view is excellent and the family rooms were very spacious considering there were two adults and two children however the restaurant upstairs was closed for evening meals and we had to eat in the bar area. the food was not great quality ranging from stale bread to re heated potatoes. the hot breakfast was not even good quality and some of the staff in the breakfast room and the leisure centre were not polite and not very friendly. the hotel did not match the criteria stated on the web site which was dissappointing to say the least.

comments There was a kids club for up to 9 years but nothing for the older kids. The cinema showed films that was 5 years old and charged 3.50 euro each and repeated the movies about every two days. For such a big complex there was no supermarket, just a little beach shop. The swimming pool I think should cater more for kids as well. The appartments were very nice and the staff very obliging. Overall, I think they should cater more for kids, especially the older ones .

comments We found bar staff a bit inexperienced and young. When we arrived first I used to loo in the bar and there was no loo roll in any cubicle, 2 hrs later we returned to bar for lunch and there was still no loo roll. A member of the bar staff proceeded to put rolls in the loo but entered the ladies with a tea towel over his shoulder, very unhygenic!! Girls on reception were very nice and helpful. A window cleaner wouldn't go astray around the hotel, doors and windows were grubby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all its a nice hotel.

comments The day we were there was a busy one for the hotel as they had communion dinners on , this made our own dinner late which was ok but the food was terrible that night , presumbaly becasue the kitchen had been so busy. However , as always with the Quality hotels they relly are the very best place to stay when you have children as all the staff are very helpful and understanding of the chaos that can follow with children. The fact that we could stay in an apartment at no extra cost also made our visit very convenient for us as a family. Thanks to all !

comments no heating turned on in room and had to turn on ourselves we were not made aware of it in bookingg in. bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. bath towels are very small so you would not want to be too big ! the towel radiator in bathroom did not work and you could not put it over the electric one in the room so your towels were wet the following morning the room for dinner was cold and you would need a jumper on in there only seen a plug in electric radiator in there food was lovely and breakfast a treat .

comments I was very impressed with the standard of the accommodation. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for us and the kids. The apartments were very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The health centre and kids club were also a real bonus. The bar and restaurant were also of a high standard, if a little small for the size of the hotel. This is not a big deal this time of year as the hotel was half empty, but I would say there would be problems in the height of the summer. . Overall we were very happy with our stay and at the price we paid it was very good value.

comments Our stay in the Quality Hotel was much better than expected. The staff were excellent, especially the receptionist, Eileen, I think her name was. The only down was a very strong smell of paint. But the windows left open for a while took care of most of that. I would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay especially if you have children.

comments Eileen at reception, Sean, Robert and Barry in the dinning rooms were outstanding ambassadors of good manners, grace, and kindness to me and my daughter. They were outstanding in their pleasant manner and sincere smiles and polite ways toward all of their guests as if the hotel was their own and they were welcoming you, the guest, into their private lounge or dinning room. The room itself was a delight from beginning to end. The bathroom was so comfortable and the power tub a real treat. The beds were excellant and the room size was way beyond what I had expected. The tv was too far from the bed to view while in bed, but the couch and chairs were a nice addition to our comfort even though they needed to be steam cleaned. The house keeping was a bit off insofar as there were cob webs on the ceiling in room 243 on the window side of the room. The balcony was enjoyed every day and the view of the ocean was a delight. I used the gym exercise room every day while there and the machines were wonderful and very new and up-to-date. My daughter used the pool and loved it. I thought the meals were top of the line even though we had a voucher for our stay the restricted menue was very diverse and enjoyable. My compliments to the chief!!! The deserts were wonderful each and every night. For the money spent the hotel was the best bargin I have had while living in Ireland. I would rate the peope working there way above average and the hotel in general and the services offered outstanding. I would return in a heart beat!!! Thank you for the opportunity to tell you of my delght! D. A. Morgan at The House of Four Angels B&B, Ardroe, Inch, Annascaul, CO. Kerry,

comments friendly staff, lovely food, lovely large room which really suited us with 2 young children. there is no lobby areas to sit in, (there are only about 6 seats in the area). the hotel advertises that there is a children's play area but this is not available to all children to use it is really a creche and you have to book an dpay extra to use it.
