Enjoyable stay. The room and bar were very stylish. Good breakfast. Corridors are a bit gloomy and the leisure club could be better stocked (tissues, soap, shampoo etc). |

The staff were all lovely, very helpful and polite. The room was disappointing as it smelt of smoke and the bathroom of pee. (I think though that the smell was off the shower curtain) as all the parts of the bathroom were completely clean. Also there was only one bar for residents and there was a Christmas party on in full swing with very loud music which precluded a quiet night cap. Breakfast, while tasty, was a bit unoriginal - very packet based. |

The only problem that arose was that a lorry/lorries arrived behind the hotel to remove skips at around 5.30am. There was a great racket for about a half an hour. |

We had a really pleasant stay, staff were friendly and efficient, food in both the bar and restaurant was great. Only complaint was we were staying on ground floor and the room was very hot at night even with the window open. But overall great stay would reccommend to a friend. |

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, the room was lovely and the staff were very helpful and polite I have to give a special mention to the waitress's as they were both very friendly and helpful. |
