comments This is a very warm, friendly hotel. The staff without exception were helpful and pleasant. We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions since 2001 and though it has been enlarged considerably it still retains its intimate and inviting appeal. A Christmas stay is especially wonderful.

comments We stayed in the Kingsley Hotel from 21-23 Aug '09. From entering the hotel we received a lovely welcome from the receptionist and this good service followed through to the rest of the hotel from bar staff to morning and evening staff, the staff in the Spa and restaurant who were all polite and helpful whatever was asked of them. Bedroom was very clean and tidy with all facilities nicely presented.I would recommend the spa treatments as they were very relaxing.Very enjoyable stay.

comments our stay was very enjoyable and the hotle maintain a very high standard. the food was excellent and staff were very helpful. only draw back of the hotel, is the 20 euro chagre to use thermal spa, in the current climate i think this should be free to all persons staying in the hotel.

comments the Kingsley was a very nice, clean modern hotel. the beathrooms were large with a shower and seperate huge bathtub and two sinks. they had a capiccino machine in the room. the beds were very comfortable and the desk and table made for a comfortable living space. they have an awesome thermal suit with several rooms including a sauna, steam room, jacuizzi and heated stone lounge chairs. the hottub was big enough to swim in and it was outside with waterfalls. the staff was so nice and helpful, the actual managers got our luggage form the car in the pouring rain and brought it to our room. the hotel is right on the river Lee and about a 30 walk or 3 minute drive into the city center. We would stay again for sure.

Outdoor pool great with views over the Lee.Walked into town both nights 30 min leisurely walk after all lovely food. recommend for weekend break.

comments The hotel staff were extremly nice and helpful. The room was so comfortable . The toileteries were luxurious. We had a meal at the restaurant. It was beautiful overlooking the river and the choice of food was excellent. The food was really good and the waiting staff were very nice. It was not expensive to eat there and we felt we got great value fot money. We were very close to the train station. I will definately return soon.

comments Great view, great value, and great food. Room was very very nice, large, luxury and very clean. Room service was fast, great food and priced right. NY eve got a bottle of wine and also had a great meal in their restuarant. Would recommend to anyone to stay there. It is pricely, but you get to treat yourself. Only trouble was we were unable to contact them and missed the hotel twice, maybe alittle better signage farther down the road.
