comments i was very disapointed about parking i was told by the staff not to park on the street as there was no disc parking in the moring i found that there was parking across from the hotel

Unfortunately our side of the street is a bus lane corridor and clearway for rush hour traffic mornings/evenings and there are some street disc parking spaces opposite but many drivers choose the wrong spot and are towed away & fined €200.00

comments I stayed in Hotel Isaacs a few years ago in the apartments, and when i returned last weekend i was delighted to see that the service and standard of accommadation was as high as before. I had my two children with me and the staff were extremely helpful with any request that i had. It is perfectly located in the city and I will definately be ataying the next time i return to Cork.

comments The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay in the apartments at Hotel Isaac. The location was ideal and easy access to the city center and all tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and the hot water in the showers seemed to last a long time compared to other hotels in Ireland I have stayed at.

comments rooms clean, large and bed enormous and comfortable. Down side stayed at the front of the hotel, outside very noisy until roughly 3.30am as its straight across from a pub. Dined in the restaurant excellent food. Staff friendly and efficient. Will stay again but will insist on room at rear.

comments Got in late and new night desk person not entirely up to speed re Hotel parking. Caused major headache for traveler. Manager next day bent over backwards and really tried to make up for it. In old downtown area difficult to see signage or park for check in etc. Very spacious room in classic building. DON'T MISS the rock waterfall and very nice restaurant at the back of lobby. Oddly NOT the Isaacs in front?? If you enjoy old time classic Hotel and not too $$ (for Ireland) Have a look.

comments Street noise was quite disturbing at night, but thats not the fault of the hotel. however as we couldnt leave windows open the room would become uncomfortably stuffy. The bathroom would also become flooded when the shower was used as there was a hole in the shower door. We got the room at a really cheap rate, so it was expected. Staff were drop dead fantastic though. Pleasent manners, fluent english, House keeping was top notch, they could not be faulted...If your looking for a place to lay your head for a night or two, I would reccomend this place. but for an extended holiday, I might think twice,

comments Nice hotel with convenient location. Friendly staff. A bit of noise from below me one night around 3am. When I phoned the desk he apologized and stated he would take care of the problem. The problem was corrected within 5 minutes of my call. My only complaint is that there was a bit of mold in some of the grout in the bathroom. It didn't bother me enough to complain to them, but it might put some people off.

comments The photo of the entry made me to book this hotel. I loved the outside appearance. The inside was a little run down compared to the exterior. Overall, very friendly and helpful staff. Firm beds and pillows. Quite a bit of street noise at night.

comments I have stayed in Hotel Isaacs in Cork the last three times during my visits to the city. It is a wonderful hotel, that is very very clean and comfortable. The staff are always very friendly and always have a smile on their face, which is nice and inviting after a long trip to the city. I highly recommend a stay in this hotel on your next visit to Cork.

comments We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with another couple and it was very pleasant. Nice and central for all the shops, bars and restaurants. And allt he staff were very pilote and helpful. Would recommend for a City break.

comments Excellent location in the heart of Cork City Centre. The one drawback is the church parking, which if the gate isn't open is a bit of a trek. Hotel was excellent though and the service was 2nd to none.

comments Great location, liked the waterfall outside. Breakfast isn't included and was a bit expensive but there are plenty of nearby cafes. Room was pretty nice, weird glass brick wall between our room and the corridor, but there was a curtain! Restaurant very formal and expensive, and hotel bar in restaurant but outdoor seating and nearby pubs.

comments This hotel is in the perfect little sidestreet back alley in the heart of Cork's darker nightlife district, but the whole place still stays classy and for the price, it was a fun place to stay. Not the fanciest place, no free internet, parking was a walk, but made up for it with the location!

comments We stayed in the apartment section and being two couples found it very convenient rather than be in separate rooms. The apartment was well fitted out, roomy & clean. However the access to it was down a small back alley past the kitchens & wheelie bins but you can`t have everything and it did not spoil the overall experience.

comments Our apartment was clean, spacious, and excellent value. We had a breakfast each morning which was well cooked, tasty, and not at all skimpy. The full-Irish really set us up well for the day. I'd recommend Hotel Isaacs to anyone wishing to visit Cork.

comments well situated unique waterfall in rear garden which was very pleasant to sit, relax and have a drink. We had an apartment which included everything that was needed, very impressed with the whole holiday and have recommended it to friends and family, We have no qualms about returning for another visit.

comments Found these appartments to be very good. Appartment very big, plenty of room and 2 showers good as four people staying, Very clean and central. Will definitely stay here again as works out less than most 3 star hotels and in my opinion is way better

comments We have stayed in Isaacs apts, every year , for the last 5 years, during the Cork Chess Congress. It's so central and the apts are bright, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff are also very helpful with reservations for taxis etc. The surrounding restaurants are very good also. The only problem is there are no lifts.
