Sorry about the radiator being turned off and maintenance are are now checking out the problem with the a/c unit in your room. Thank you for the feedback on the new value menu options for residents and these matters will be discussed with the kitchen and the restaurant team. I am also very sorry that our attempts to offer our guests extra value in your case made you feel "second class" that most certainly was not the intention when this package was introduced as part of our winter promotions. |

Sorry about the bathroom. We have an overflow car park when our limited spaces are full, because of our city centre location, the multi-storey facility is used, we unfortunately have no parking on the hotel site itself. |

We recommend that the driver drops off passengers and luggage before parking the car, in the morning s/he first collects the car before packing away the luggage etc to drive away. If you do that you avoid treking children and bags up and down the hill. driving |

Fortunately the majority of our rooms 80% are non smoking but when we have a Full House at week ends and the reservation is non specific on "smoking" or "non smoking" we allocate rooms randomly and I regret that you a non smoker got a room where smoking was permitted though each morning we use an ioniser to disperse the lingering smell. External noise or the absence of quietness at night in city centre hotels can also be a problem particularly at weekends, a matter regrettably outside of our control, but thank you for taking the time to advise us of your experiences. |

Thank you for your compliments on your accommodation, staff friendliness, breakfasts etc however I was amazed at the "Food Smell" as this was an original comment. When I queried the accommodation staff I discovered that if the window along that corridor is slightly open then the food smells from the Hillbilly Chicken Take Away two doors away can linger in the area of 114 especially on Tuesdays. Maintenance has taken remedial action to keep it closed on that day & thanks for highlighting the problem to us. |

Unfortunately as a city centre venue we have no on site parking which can be inconvenient for our guests but I can assure the price we charge for an overnight stay is very beneficial to their wallets. |

Also I am sorry your visit was on one of the wettest days of the year and that the gardai were extra busy keeping the Christmas traffic flowing. |

Unfortunately our side of the street is a bus lane corridor and clearway for rush hour traffic mornings/evenings and there are some street disc parking spaces opposite but many drivers choose the wrong spot and are towed away & fined €200.00 |
