We thought Sheedy's was wonderful. The food was the best we had in Ireland. The room was beautiful, the hotel warm and Martina was lovely. The location was great for the cliffs and the burren. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, they took time to talk to all the guests which added to the family atmoshere of the hotel. The food was outstanding and I liked that you knew exactly where everything came from, a meal here would rate as high as any of the top rate restaurants that I have already eaten in.

Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend we've just spent with you. The room was absolutely outstanding, the welcome was so warm, and our stay was utter perfection. All of the food was simply delicious. The service we received was outstanding. We hope to return as soon as possible with our children! Thanks especially to Martina for her courteous, personalised and very warm service. We appreciated it massively.

We had a wonderful time at Sheedys Hotel. The room was fantastic and the lovely hospitality of Martina and John made us feel very comfortable. The good location of the Hotel made it also very easy to reach all the wonderful places e.g. Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, the Burren, Poulnabrone Dolmen, Doolin etc..
Thank you for the great time at your hotel and we are sure it was not our last stay at Sheedys Hotel.

We had a lovely one night stay at Sheedy's after arriving very early in the morning from Shannon. They prepared a room and breakfast for us very early and couldn't have been more welcoming the entire visit. The food is excellent and it was a lovely stay all around. Ellen Friedmann, California

I would highly recommend Sheedy's. The rooms are spotlessly clean and decorated with great taste. The food is gourmet, served in a lovely dining room. Cocktails before dinner are served by the fireplace or looking out wide windows over a stellar organic vegetable and flower garden. All of this is created under the caring hand of Martina Sheedy and her chef husband. Martina was exceedingly helpful in making reservations for us to go to one of the Aran Islands. All of our memories of our stay at Sheedy's are superlative, and I would go back in a minute if I could.

The hospitality and general overall reception we received on entering Sheedy's Hotel made a wonderful start to our stay there. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the quality of the food also added immensely to our holiday. We will be back and highly recommend this family owned holiday.

We went to Lisdoonvarna for a family reunion and Martina was very welcoming and also very efficient. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The meals we ate in the restaurant were delicious and altogether our stay surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sheedys Hotel and Restaurant recently. The service and accommodation was superb and we enjoyed a gourmet meal in the restaurant. We would recommend Sheedys Hotel to anyone and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheedys. Martina Sheedy is a fantastic host and we felt pampered and very well taken-care-of. We had dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived not expecting much (thinking it was probably a typical hotel restaurant), but were tremendously surprised. I had the best lamb chops of my life and fell in love with a goat cheese I'd not eaten before (St. Tola's). My wife's hake was cooked to perfection. We will definitely return.

Very welcoming - the restaurant was fully booked when we arrived but space was made for us in th bar and we had an excellent meal. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. A friendly and excellent hotel.

Very enjoyable stay. Majella was an excellent hostess and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was furnished to a high standard and was very comfortable. The food was exceptional!
