Computer set aside for guests wasn't operable at my time of arrival, unbenownst to check-in clerk who made no effort to restore service. I twice reminded said clerk that I needed a wake-up call for 6 a.m., which she duly noted in notebook. When I was NOT called at 6 a.m., I brought this to attention of another clerk on my departure, who said something incomprehensible about it not being in notebook.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, the shower and sink and everything worked just fine. A fantastic value for the money spent, I would definitely stay here again.

We found the staff to be helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable. We didnt like the blankets they provided in Wardrobe these are very outdated and the bathroom also could do with an update.

Stayed at Shannon Court Hotel again before flight to UK and found it had improved from last time, staff very friendly and this time the Chinese restaurant was open even though it was very cold in there. A good place to stop over either before or after a flight.

The hotel is good value for money, ideal for business or as a pre-flight hotel. The Bing/Mulitimap link does not show the correct location and would be confusing for anyone who has not stayed before. The breakfast is provided by a separate company and was disappointingly basic for the amount charged.

snow & fog meant we booked our room at the last minute ,however this made no difference to our stay which was very comfortable,clean and the staff were very welcoming,efficient and helpful with taxis etc.I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

The room was fine! However, the hotel is not well identified. The restaurant and pub both have signs, but we had to ask about the hotel, since there was no sign on the building (at least, that we could see).

good value for the price and the restaurant there was really good. we did have a little trouble placing phone calls, but they were working on the lines during our stay.

I found this hotel more then enough. Cheap, they helped me figure out the bus schedule which saved me more money. The adjoining bar was convienent as well.

Micheal, who was at the desk was very friendly and helpful with directions to the tourist sites around Shannon. He went out of his way to help us book a hotel in Dublin and to give us information about what tourist sites were open etc. The Shannon Court Hotel is very well run. Thank you for my pleasant stay.
