comments THE place to stay if you are in Ennis for a celebration/ party/birthday/stag do/hen do. Great location right in centre of town, 2 great night clubs, wide selection of ales. Room are fine and girls on reception are very helpful & Mick serves up a lovely breakfast for just 5 "churo" ! This is NOT the place to stay if you are a family or a couple who want a relaxing weekend away!! Had a great time, thanks to everyone - we will be back Miller Tour Sept 2011

comments The room was lovely. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is, the Queen's nightclub behind the hotel which opens weekends but the receptionist warned us about the noise level at the weekends. So if you can't beat them, join them. Overall: great value! If you want a quite nite stay when the club is not on for excellent value. Otherwise, stay and go to the club. What noise? Frank Hallinan

comments Myself and two of the girls went to stay for the night for my friends birthday. The staff were really really friendly and helpfull. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. It wouldnt be a place I'd recommend for young families because of the nightclub right around the side. Its great for young people looking for fun and comfort. We cant wait to go back.

comments I was really impressed with the service both at reception & the bar itself. I had only one complaint to report which was two rooms close by to my room were very noisy both shouting & banging doors which went on for hours which meant I didnt get sleep & I had to drive back to Cork but that was not the hotels fault...

comments hotel was cold, we ask to have heat turned on and they said there was a problem with it. they gave us a heater that had broken legs. the cleaner came in and instead of changing the sheets she just turned them upside down. staff very nice. bar nice, street noise very loud, with all this said i would return there. it is very central.

comments The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The major problem was that I was unable to get to sleep until 3:30 in the morning as the music in the bar below was very loud and there were patrons of the bar talking and shouting outside very loudly. Guests should be warned of this or the rooms above the bar not rented on Saturday nights. I would not stay there again despite the calibre of the rooms and staff.

comments I found the Queens hotel to be exceptional value for money particularly as it is so well appointed in the middle town. the staff were friendly and helpful without being in your face and the rooms were a good size, comfortable and most importantly spotless. i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for anyone taking a break in Ennis or the surrounding area.

comments The location of the hotel is very central and the staff were very helpful. Our room was over the disco which caused a bit of discomfort but everything else made up for it. There are two things that could be done to improve the customer experience: 1. at breakfast please provide side plates for the toast, trying to butter and leave the toast in the breakfast plate is a bit of a challenge. 2. I'd recommend that you add one line of information on your web page regarding breakfast....when we asked at reception we were pleasantly surprised when we were informed that there was a breakfast menu rangng from €2 to less than €10...if this information is on the web page you could get additional customers

comments Couldn't have picked a better hotel. We were a hen party of 17 girls and the hotel were so accommodating. No complaints at all. Reception staff were lovely as were the bar staff. The manager on duty (Adrian) was on all weekend and was great. Stayed in Cruisers bar on friday night all night (the hotel bar) as it was excellent. Would definately reccommend this hotel to any hen or stag party or any group looking for a good night out!

comments Rooms are ok, a bit out-dated. There was some noise from the street which is to be expected as there is a nightclub in the hotel but once you are aware of that when booking then you cant really complain. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Over all, you get what you pay for. (we got a double room for ?70)

comments Very nice stay. Great location in centre of town. The room was nice and clean but very warm, almost too warm. Was quite noisy later in the night but that was expected as it was a Saturday night and our room was directly above the nightclub and the front door. Would perhaps have preferred a room further away from the noise and the front door.

comments Lovely FO & Restaurant staff, we were assigned a twin room even though we booked a double the girl at the desk quickly sorted this, the food and staff in the restaurant were lvoely - after nightclub we were all moved back to hotel bar but had to wait in reception a long time before we were allowed back into the residents bar this was the only negative part of our stay.

comments Queens Hotel is a great place to stay in Ennis. One can easily walk around town and there is good music in great abundance near by. Room service could use some help but that is going to take some effort for it seems like you contract out. Parking is an issue...if you could address that, it would be easier i.e. arrange for people to be picked up with their bags from the long term car park if they are gong to spend the night. Your staff was very friendly and halpful.
