lovely location, food okay, service most helpful. Spa perfect, pool nice but to put a child's chute in a adult swimming lane crazy. Kids a bit out of control, I got a belt in the head from a swim bouyant aid! There did not appear to be staff near enough to keep an eye, one member manning desk, the other appeared to be using the adullt swim lane for private children's lessons on a bank hol Mon! Hot tub great, I did wonder was the hotel affecting river that passed hotel, there appeared to be a lot of scum in river and no sign of life...
We relaxed and felt unrushed.
Pleasant stay overall. |

The first two rooms given to us were below standard in terms of decor, cleanliness, warmth, and safety.after complainting third was much better |

I really enjoyed my stay at the Falls Hotel but one or two issues which i had were: 1.There was no water fountain or provision of water in the gym 2.There was no trainer on site in the gym until after 3 o clock so noboby seemed to be aware or to guide me how to use the equipment. 3. I felt the television was quite small in our room. |

Stayed for one night under room only offer. Very good value. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Bathroom could do with a little spruce up. Leisure centre is fantastic. Enjoyed beautiful treatments in the spa, very good value, friendly staff & they had no problem fitting us in. Had a drink in the bar which had more atmsophere than most hotel bars. Had dinner in the Holywell restaurant in town, which was delicious and excellent value. Grounds of hotel are also lovely and nice for a peaceful walk. Would definitely stay here again. |

The recent addition of the swimming pool and spa, together with its location (i.e. beside the Burran, Cliff of Moher etc) make this hotel an ideal place to stay. |

Staff very pleasant and helpful, excellent facilities with leisure centre. Excellent service and food. Hotel room very spacious and clean. The only comment that I would make is that a bigger television in the room would be most enjoyable considering the size of the room. Also biscuits would be nice with the tea making facilities. I would go back again and I have highly recommended it to my friends |

Had a lovely time Niamh on reception was very professional. Entertainment was great and the babysitter Margaret was excellent. Will definitely be back again this is not our first time there but the fact that you have a lovely leisure centre now is also a big plus. The big thing i had found that improved was the attitude of the staff and the for us accounts for for an awful lot. That is what brings people back. Well done keep up the good work.
