	Cosy accomodation (but a bit noisy in the rain!) The gym, pool and sauna was first class and pubs and shops are a stones throw away.

	We were checked in immediately upon our arrival, even though we were early. When we had a problem with the heat in the room, the manager took care of it straight away by moving us to another room. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were very helpful overall. Would definitely stay here again.

	having read previous comments i was wary about booking but the worries were totally unfounded as we found no complaint with anything at all and had a lovely stay,the rooms were clean,breakfast was good and the restaurant food was lovely,will definately stay here again

	food was good, hotel was clean and comfortable, although a bit old and in need of painting. Check bill before you leave, special offers are not always passed on to person checking you out!!!

	We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, but the steam room was not working, which was a bit disappointing ! Bar staff were rather colourless and unfriendly. Overall, it was fine.

	Overall satisifaction with staff and very pleasant room. Food excellant and service excellant - Hallway seems damp. I left my camera charger with two AA batteries in it plugged in in room 248 on my departure and after four phone calls it was not located thus my gripe.

	I found the hotel to be grotty. We complained about a smell of sewage from our bathroom and no one bothered to follow it up with us. We had three young children and it was not very pleasant. Found the staff unfriendly and not very helpful. Would not stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone either.

	We had 2 rooms, i had a crack in the sink, the other 1 had 4 drawers, 3 of them had no handles on them so they could not be used. we had to ask for toilet pater as there were kess than a quarter of a roll in each room, no batteries in remote and no light switch on the lamp. Staff were courteous, but overall i would have difficulty in recomending this hotel.

	Even though the hotel had a key card problem the staff were well able to cope. The location was fantastic and as for the food it was excellent. I went for my forthy celebrations which I was not looking forward to and I lived it!

	Friendly atmosphere, comfortable clean rooms. Meals excellent only downside the leisure centre changing area could really do with an update as tiles shabby & grey looking-not dirty just past their use by date!

Staff extremely helpful and polite they could not do enough and were very efficient in dealing with the difficulties we had. Leisure center was fine. However the decor needs attention. There are many stains on carpets, bath pannels could do with a lick of paint as could other surfaces in the hotel. There was no entertainment in the hotel during our stay would have helped to have some music. Overall not too bad but certainly have seen better

	Great time - don't miss out and include the medieval banquet with your stay. Rooms are not big, but comfortable. For the money, rooms could be more attended to. Quick commute to airport.

We had a very enjoyable week-end at Bunratty Shannon Shamrock Hotel, the staff couldn't have been nicer. There was music on the second night which added to our enjoyment. Our only criticism was that while there were different light switches for the bathroom and bedroom, the bathroom switch didn't work unless all the lights were on which was a pain during the night; one of the taps on the sink actually turned when you opened the tap and, the bath wasn't cleaned on the second day of our stay. We felt the Hotel could do with a good overhaul but, having said that, the staff made up for what was lacking. We were only staying for 2 nights, it would have been more annoying if we were staying longer.

	Myself and partner stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. We found the hotel very nice, the room was clean and tidy. We had a meal in both the bar and restaurant and found the food very nice. Each night there was entertainment in the bar which was great so we didn't have to venture out at night.

	The Shower was not working properly. The bath was not working properly either. I had to shower in the swimming pool which was closed on the Friday night but open on the Sat. and Sun. It was frustrating to say the least..... However, the meal was lovely and the reception staff and hotel staff were generally very firnedly and professional.

	Hotel was only ok, to be honest we probably wouldn`t stay there again, having said that, is was a fantastic bargain only costing us e174.00 for everything but sometimes i would prefer to pay a bit more for something nicer

	I thought the hotel was very run down and could have down with a major overhaul. The weekend we were there was very hot and there was no air conditioning in our room, in the bar or in the lounge which meant it was very uncomfortable for the whole weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful
