comments The power kept tripping and even though I had pointed out the fact that it was the kettle, the man dealing me kept saying it must have been my hair straightner. I then had to show him that it was the kettle. Also every time we tried to get back into our room, the card wasnt working and we had to walk all the way back to reception each time to get the card reset. The receptionist said I must have had it in with keys or a mobile but I told her it was in an empty pocket. She was unfriendly towards us as if it was our fault that we couldnt get into the room.

comments I enjoyed my time in the Auburn Lodge Hotel.The staff there are all very nice and the food is delicious. The only problem was that the bedrooms were a bit outdated but apart from that my stay their was great.

comments hotel staff very helpful and friendly, bar staff not friendly, food average. hotel nice but felt some decor could do with being updated and some walls/fittings could be cleaner. Location was ideal for town and attractions. Overall pleased with our stay (however we felt hotel could be improved by some small touches) and spa was a lovely extra.

comments Hotel staff very friendly food was lovley, decor a bit dated on there website it looked much nicer the room was a bit dated the hotel could do with a little revamp, but it was clean and we got the room cleaned each day and clean towels. over all stay was really nice. would go back would be nice to see a little improvement, and would use book assist again thanks

comments The hotel staff was courteous and the room was immaculate. We were also allowed to check in earlier since they had the room available and we were told it was ok for a late checkout since the hotel wasn't busy. Their pub grub was very good and our free breakfast in their dining room was both filling and delicious.

comments The Auburn Lodge was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value, nice bar with excellent food thankfully served relatively late in the evening, rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel extremely handy for Shannon Airport and I for one, will not hesitate to use the hotel again!
