I really enjoyed my stay at the Lakeside Manor Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The service was first class and I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

My boyfriend and I visited the Lakeside Manor in Nov and had a great time. The location is absolutely stunning, the hotel is lovely and staff very friendly. It's so good we've gotten a group of friends together to go back for New Years Eve - I think a return visit is the best review you can get :-)

Well it's going to sound like I'm complaining when I'm really not but a couple of little things...firstly I booked over the internet but when I got there you had no record of it. The lady who helped was brilliant and sorted it out for me very quickly however as you didn't know I was coming, the heating in my room wasn't on and it was freezing. Secondly - the shower didn't have a wall attachment - well it did but it was broken. This meant that I couldn't have a proper shower in the morning which was the main reason I stayed with you as I was going to stay with my sister but there were loads of other people staying there and I knew I'd never get a hot shower. Shame. Apart from that the room I had was excellent. Quiet. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed but cold. I was over from England for a very sad occasion and I desperately needed a good sleep but I was so cold I couldn't. However, with all that said - it only needs a bit of tweaking. I would definitely stay with you again, I'd just phone to book rather than use internet and I'd make sure my heating was on early and I got a room with a full working shower. Simple solutions. Lovely hotel. Beautiful scenery and a friendly staff (i only met one but she was lovely).

NICE HOTEL, FREINDLY STAFF AND HELPFUL, GOOD FOOD AND MIGHTY BREAKFAST. LOVELY LOCATION. ONLY PROBLEM A GENTLEMAN WAS ALOWED TO SMOKE ON THE PREMISES WAS EVEN HANDED A ASHTRAY BY BARMAN.OTHER THAN THIS I WOULD RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

This was our third stay in this hotel and we have always enjoyed it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable with lovely views. Food wise we only ate in the bar and it was good. A great place to relax and unwind especially if you get good weather! Will be going back.

I have stayed at the Lakeside Manor on a number of occasions and have always found the staff members friendly and more than happy to help.The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotless,its a real pleasure to stay and i will definately be staying there again in the future.

Staff very friendly and helpful;
However we had an evening meal included in our package but instead of being served this in the restaurant, as is the norm, in other hotels we've availed of such packages in, we were put in a corner in the bar under a very loud speaker which belted out some inappropriate music.

Nice place. Friendly welcome.
Would recommend it, except
for one thing. We were there on a Friday. There were a lot of noisy people milling around outside until nearly 3 am. That should really be controlled.
