When we reached the Rochester after nearly 24 hours travel, we were informed that they had no room for us. After a struggle they organised another hotel for us which was not up to the same standard, in our opinion. They however insisted on paying for same from the reservation made with them. I donīt know if the rates were the same or not so overall our experience was not good.
