L'albergo è in bella posizione, vicino alla metropolitana e al margine del centro storico. La camera assegnataci aveva un bellla veranda chiusa con bell'affaccio sulla piazza del teatro e sulla collina della Begogna. Il personale gentile ed efficiciente. un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel muy centrico,cerca de los sitios de interes ,a pie del casco viejo, la habitación cuadruple muy amplia, buen detalle en nochebuena de obsequiarnos con un cava benjamin y mantecados por presona, las dos bicis que nos prestaron para los niños muy bien , buen paseo por las orillas del rio , lo único negativo es que la limpieza podría ser un poco más a fondo y los ruidos exteriores de los tranvías al pasar.

Voy al Petit Palace Arana desde hace años por mis viajes de trabajo. Lo que mas me gusta es el espacio de las habitaciones, y la amabilidad del personal. Asi como por supuesto su ideal ubicacion para pasear por el casco antiguo y tomar unos pintxos para cenar.

El hotel está fenomenal y la situación es inmejorable, en pleno centro. Aún así, no se oye ningún ruido y se está muy tranquilo. El desayuno también fue excelente.
En resumen, buenísima relación calidad-precio y un hotel al que volvería sin ninguna duda.

Servicio excelente. Magnífica ubicación. A pesar de estar muy céntrico es muy tranquilo. Relación calidad/precio aceptable, aunque siempre se puede mejorar, claro :) Volveré.

Mi estancia era muy agradable durante esta primera visita mía a Bilbao. La personal estaba muy amable, me ayudaron en todo. El desayuno era maravilloso, y la habitación era muy agradable y callada.
