El trato excelente, una cálida bienvenida y una completísima información por parte de la recepcionista. La suite como mostraban las fotografías y la información de internet, todo muy nuevo, cómoda, funcional y amueblada muy moderna. El aparcamiento es fácil de acceder con unas plazas muy amplias. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica y tranquila, con tres paradas de metro próximas. También tienes cerca supermercados, frutería y un montón de bares. Para mí ha sido un alojamiento perfecto.

Me parecieron unos apartamentos muy interesantes y muy bien acondicionados, con todo lo que necesita una familia para pasar unas vacaciones.La situación también está muy bien a 5 minutos de la Plaza de España y a 1 minuto de la parada de metro.
Tiene eroski, mercadona muy cerca para hacer compras por si quieres desayunar y cenar en el apartamento.
La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario .El personal muy amable y atento.
En definitiva que esta todo muy bien yo si vuelvo a Barcelona repetiré en el mismo sitio, pues la calidad/precio está aceptable.

Un lugar muy agradable, cómodo y muy bien situado. Está a pocos metros de la estación de Sants y de la Plaza de España y tiene el metro a unos pasos. La atención del personal, perfecta. Muy recomendable

Muy acorde a lo que tenía en mente y a la descripción en internet. La mujer que lo lleva fue super agradable y simpática, me ayudo hasta con la maleta y cualquier duda podía llamarla o ir a verla. Fui con mi pareja y a ambos nos encantó, además la parada de metro y tren está al lado. Todo muy limpio, calefacción, cama muy cómoda y grande.. Vamos, perfecto.

El ascensor olía mucho a humedad y amoniaco. Por el resto tuvimos una esatancia muy agradable, tres personas en un apartamento.

1.- Buena situación. A pocos metros del metro Tarragona (Línea 3), a 5 minutos andando de la Feria de Brcelona (Plaza de España) y a 15 minutos andando hasta la Plaza Universidad.
2.- Amabilidad en la atención, aunque con el detalle poco agradable de solicitar el pago a la llegada, solamente disculpable porque la salida era en Domingo.
3.- Si bién hay una máquina de café en el vestíbulo del edificio, falta otra máquina con agua mineral´, refrescos y cerveza.
4.- Carece de armario-ropero, razón por la que es imposible colocar la ropa de 4 personas, ni tan siquiera mínimamente. Es un problema del diseño arquitectónico, ya que sobr espacio en la cocina, la cual valdría igual con la mitad y se neceitan imperiosamente armarios-ropero, ya que ni tan siquiera lo tiene en el dormitorio.
5.- Se hecha de menos un toallero eléctrico para mantener secas las toallas de 4 personas.
6.- Ideal para viajar con niños y/o con coche, ya que tiene buena situación, es amplio en el espacio interior, cuesta bastante menos que dos habitaciones de hotel de similar nivel, pero está poco pensado en cuanto a la habitabilidad interior para más de dos personas.

Very pleasant accommodation. Spotlessly clean, modern, bright and well equipped. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Very close to a metro station but in a quiet back street away from the hubbub of downtown Barcelona.

E' stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno, BArcellona e' bellissima!! L'appartamento era nuovo e molto pulito, la ragazza era molto gentile e disponibile. Ci e' stato dato un appartamento con terrazza più' grande di quello prenotato e cambiata la biancheria del bagno appena l'abbiamo richiesta. Veramente perfetto!! Complimenti. MAssimo, ROberta, Susanna e CAterina.

Spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, very good room facilities and helpful staff. Not very far from supermarket, metro or places to visit on the tourist trail. I would certainly stay here if visiting Barcelona again. Generally quiet, but one night, a Sunday, was very noisy because of door slamming guests in other apartments. My only comment for facilities improvement would be to add a larger baking tray and an additional saucepan in the kitchen.

Der Aufenthalt in The Urban Suites hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Apartment war super sauber, die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Was uns aber besonders gefallen hat, war die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, die uns in allen Fragen kompetent weitergeholfen haben. Auch das wir später auschecken durften als geplant. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Urban Suites. The location is very convenient for getting around the city, the rooms are large, clean and bright and the staff are the most helpful that we have ever encountered. Customer service is clearly their top priority.
We would not hesitate to recommend the Urban Suites, especially for those travelling with children (our sons wanted to move in permanently!).
We will return!

Останавливались с семьей (всего четыре человека - я, муж, и дети - 3 и 7 лет) на 2 дня. Остались очень довольны. Очень удобно для большой семьи с детьми, есть все что нужно, и кухня, и стиральная машинка..., да и вообще - просторно. Местоположение тоже хорошое. Нет толпы туристов, но в тоже время до метро метров 200, а оттуда в любую точку города легко добраться.
За эти деньги - просто отлично. РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ!!!

We stayed in a favorite of places while traveling in Europe and this was unquestionably the best. The space was perfect for our family (mother, father and daughters aged 16 and 20). The young woman who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. She got out a map and showed us where to go and how to get there on the metro. Her restaurant recommnedations were perfect. She was better than any concierge I have encountered. The apart5ment was spotless, roomy and well equipped. The metro and grocery store were very close. The restaurant, Zarautz, that was recommended had great tapas and is only a block away. My only regret is that we did not stay longer in Barcelona and this lovely apartment.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with our check-in. We arrived in the morning from the USA and our room was not ready yet. They allowed us a space to change and store our bags then recommended several locations for an early lunch nearby.
The large 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful. The A/C worked perfectly, allowing us to keep it at "near meat-locker" temperatures for our return from exploring the warm city.
Beds were comfy and clean as were the bathrooms. All in all a very positive experience.

The Urban Suites was a fantastic location in Barcelona from which we were able to so so many parts of the city. The suite was clean and spacious, with everything provided for our five-day stay. The staff was always available and eager to help when asked. We would definitely recommend The Urban Suites to others visiting Barcelona and we would stay again on our next visit.

If I should nickpick, my only grouse has to do the lack of ease in the use of facilities like the washing machine and the can opener. But even if there had been more inconveniences, I give my thumbs up for Urban Suite. It gave me a homely feel from my first day to the last. Our ever helpful and friendly sister-hosts more than make up for the imperfections. Life is a journey and so is travel; I can easily recall a few of our shared experiences that make our Spain trip a more personable and memorable one.

I enjoyed my stay at Urban Suites. It was a reasonably priced modern apartment in the heart of Barcelona. The deal worked out much better and cheaper than staying in a hotel. It's in a fairly quiet area, only 5 minutes walk fom Placa Espanya. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for four days at Urban suits with my wife and small kid. Apartment was very neat and good with all facilities. It is also 3 minutes walk from sants station and 2 minutes walk to a very big super market. WI-FI connection signal was very low in my room other than this everything was fine with the helpful staff, cleanliness, vessels to cook, walk around, safety......

Quasi perfetto. Spazi divisi con gusto e piacevoli. Silenzio in strada e all'interno. Collegamenti Metro (n.2) a due passi. Accoglienza ottima. Privacy totale.
Unici difetti: le tende (da ufficio, di colore spiacevole in tanto buon gusto) non oscurano completamente la luce solare; e inoltre i fuochi di cucina non riescono a cuocere i cibi (la carne in tegame risulta bollita).
Meravigliosa la possibilità di prolungare il soggiorno fino al pomeriggio se c'é la possibilità, così che non ti trovi per strada a mezzogorno se hai il volo di ritorno la notte.
Un desiderio: il prezzo sarebbe da ritocccare in basso, considerato che per tutto il soggiorno non é inclusa la pulizia e il cambio della biancheria.

I found the Urban Suites to be a perfect location for the price in Barcelona. There is a direct airport bus that drops you off 3 blocks away and the metro is convenient for anywhere you want to go.
The Urban Suites are mini apartments completely furnished with what you need. And if you want to go out for meals there are a variety of great restaurants just a few blocks away. My family of 3 were completely satisfied here.

Very nice apartment in nice location - a bit away from the touristy city centre in a quiet part of town, but easy to get around with the Sants station just around the corner. Staff was very friendly and helpful - the only glitch was a bit of confusion on check-in, but that was quickly settled. The apartment was delightfully spacious and clean with good kitchen facilities - if you don't want to use the latter, we also found a couple of very good restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay at the Urban Suites. The location is fantastic and the flat was exactly as described on the website. The suites are clean and well maintained. The rooftop deck is wonderful and a great place to catch some sun or have an afternoon drink. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here!

Acceuil en français à la réception, très agréable et de bon conseil
Situation idéale dans quartier calme, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du métro (Tarragona). Propreté impéccable, desing moderne, cuisine très bien équipée et parking en sous sol: que demander de mieux?
Encore merci pour cet excellent séjour, nous reviendrons!

This is a well equipped, comfortable, quiet and well run apartment-hotel. It is located within an easy walk of three metro lines and a train station in a mostly residential neighborhood. It is nearby good parks and only a short metro ride from the busier parts of Barcelona. The staff were very welcoming and especially helpful, making our family vacation all the more pleasant.

The apartament was great, except one of the windows did not close properly and that made it extremely noisy. More bathroom supplies would also be appreciated, since we had to buy from the supermarket. The underground parking was extremely cramped, I was never sure if my car would fit in. Overall it is a very pleasant place to stay at and the pizza place across the street is fantastic. The location is excellent, close to the metro, shopping, and some main attractions.

Das "Hotel" liegt ziemlich zentral. 150m vom Bahnhof Sants und 50m von der U-Bahn L 3 . Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, man hat sich Zeit ge-
nommen uns alles in der Suite zu erklären. Die Suiten sind äußerst ge-
räumig und sehr neu, gepflegt und sauber.Elegantes Design wie in den
Bildern im Internet. Voll ausgestaltete Küche, Wohnzimmer und
Schlafzimmer, Bad ohne Badewanne. Alles ein sehr gepflegter Zustand.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer Wohngegend - 150 m zum
Supermarkt - ist 2 geschoßig mit Fahrstuhl. Auf dem Dach befindet
sich eine große Dachterrasse mit Designliegestühlen und Schirmen, sowie eine Dusche. Die Lärmbelästigung da in einer Seitenstrasse
ist von der Lage her sehr gut. Wir konnten bei geöffneten Fenstern
schlafen - einmalig. Ich kann dieses " Hotel " 100%tig weiter-
empfehlen (Preis und Leistung alles stimmt) deshalb volle
Punktzahl.

exceptional room/appartment - felt like a home and was just like advertised in the pictures. Close to everything, yet quiet neighborhood. already recommended to others.

Dear Isa,
The reception was perfectly arranged, and we got all the necessary information when we requested something, nothing was too much!
The apartments were very well equipped, the shower worked fine, very good water jet.
The location is perfect, you're average, between 30 and 40 minutes walking across the center.
If you are on the website is for booking, make sure a real winner!

Appartement très bien situé, calme, tout en étant proche de la gare et du métro (environ 150 m). Il est moderne, très bien concu et aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. La cuisine est superbe et équipee intelligement. Les pieces sont spacieuses et lumineuses. L'accueil est chaleureux; meme à notre arrivée, un Samedi soir à 21 heures nous etions attendus et avons obtenu tous les renseignements necessaires à notre sejour. L'equipe autour d'Isabelle est efficace et à l'image de la proprietaire extremement sympathique. Nous conseillons vivement The Urban Suites pour un sejour en famille, mais aussi entre amis ou meme pour un sejour professionel. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

We have stayed at the Urban suites for 4 nights and we were very happy, the apartement was very nice well furnished, very clean and very conveniant
The subway is very close from the apartement, there is also a supermarket and some restaurants
the people at the Urban suites are very nice and helpfull
We were very satisified and we recommend it

it's a very clean and modern apartments! it's also close to the metro station and have good links to the central of Barcelona~ the staffs are very nice and helpful~ will give you an introduction by the time you arrive, make you feel welcome~! btw, close to a big supermarket that can easily buy food as well~

Very good apartment block located in a quiet residential area but with good connections to the main sights, good local shops and amenities. Plenty of space and well-equipped apartments with helpful staff available to help with queries. Excellent location for the Nou Camp (20 mins walk) and Station (10 mins walk)

This apartment block will be really super when it's finished (just the outside which is still being finished). We had a fabulous stay - we are a family with 2 children and the apartment was great - very new and modern and everything was brand new. Also a good location as only 5 mins on Metro or taxi to centre.
