comments This apartment hotel is in a very good location 4 blocks from La Rambals 5 blocks from Passig De Gracia. Hotels on these two streets would easily cost double. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equiped. The staff was very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and getting a cab to take us to the airport. I can't wait to come back, there is so much more I would like to do and see in Barcelona.

comments 5 ladies of a certain age on their first trip to the wonderful city of Barcelona. This proved to be a perfect venue for us - centrally located with everything on our doorstep. The facilities were excellent - clean and in good working order. The staff on reception were very helpful. One small but important gripe - with 5 sharing it would have been good to be provided with a wine glass each!

comments L'appartamento grande e molto elegante è stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Il servizio di pulizia eccellente e discreto e la preparazione delle camere per la sera veramente piacevole. La posizione in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo lo rende preferibile a tanti hotel perchè la sensazione che abbiamo avuto è stata quella di vivere Barcellona non da turisti ma da concittadini. Il servizio 24 ore di reception utilissimo per chi come noi è arrivato alle 3 di notte! Inoltre erano sempre pronti a fornirci informazioni utili. Lo raccomanderemo sicuramente ai nostri amici perciò mi auguro che manterranno gli appartamenti sempre a questo livello anche in futuro.

comments Very friendly staff who were only a phonecall away if we needed any help 24x7. Would recommend these apartments to all types of traveller as they are clean, spacious, well decorated and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

comments We couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay at Splendon Suites during a recent visit to Barcelona. The apartment/condo was very lovely and is the only way to go. It was extremely private, quiet, with the main bedroom on the back. The staff on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, prompt and very efficient. The location was also excellent, in a convenient area close to many restaurants, cafes and clubs, and just a short, scenic walk to Las Ramblas. We stayed 4 nights and wished we stayed longer. The second bedroom never got used, but would have been ideal for another couple. When back in the lovely city of Barcelona, we will definitely stay there again!

comments The perfect alternative to a hotel. To those who prefer to feel more "at home" in Barcelona rather than "tourists". The suites are big and fully equipped. We had two bedrooms, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a Supermarket just around the corner which makes it so simple and easy to fill the fridge. Location is central enough to not need public transportation for city centre and yet far enough from the crowds. The one complaint we had was.... not being able to stay a few more days as the place was fully booked. Will definitely come back. Daniel

comments I could stay for one night which was incredibly luxury experience that I cannot forget permanently. I found this through the internet at really reasonable price. First impression from reception had lasted through the views from each windows those were really cool-spanish. Every spaces including kitchen and bathroom etc were well equipped, quality mood for customer. wish I could stay when I visit BCN again.

comments Splendom Suites est très bien situé. Nous avons effectué la visite des principaux quartiers de Barcelone à pied (15 min de la place Catalunya, du quartier gothique, du Rambla, de la Pedrera et de la casa Battlo (architecture Gaudi). L'équipe d'accueil est agréable et très efficace, puisque elle a réussi à prolonger notre séjour d'une nuit en raison de l'annulation de notre vol... Les appartements sont spacieux, confortables, bien équipés (petit bémol pour la vaisselle un peu succincte...) et le personnel d'entretien est efficace et courtois. On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Je recommande totalement cet hôtel, qui mérite ses 4 étoiles, d'autant qu'il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

comments My friends and I have just enjoyed a fabulous trip to Barcelona which was made extra special by the excellent accommodation. Splendom suites was centrally located and kept in immaculate condition. I would definitely come back and stay in splendom.

comments The rooms are very splendid, exactly as shown on the photos. A nice ambience, absolutely clean with a good service. The only dissapointing point was the breakfast. It has to be taken in the bar next door with a lot of smoking people inside (at 9 a.m.) and the bar keeper was extremely unfriendly. We paied 27,-- EUR for the breakfast for 3 people and had 2 croissants, 2 cups of coffee and 1 glass of orange juice. He throwed the croissants on the table and when asking for a for a second cup of coffee he was very unpleasant! The Hotel Manager arranged that the breakfast will be served in our appartement the next day at 9 a.m. We have been wating until 11 a.m. and the breakfast was not served. So we had to cancel the breakfast for this and for the following day. But the cancellation was no problem at all. Alltogether it was a very enjoyable stay. By all means, I would book the Splendom Suites again and I already recommended it to a lot of friends and to my family! However with the hint to book only the room without breakfast.

comments Breakfast is not properly arranged. The owner of 3011 was too late, he didn't know the breakfast-type we ordered, we had to wait 1 hour for coffee, juice, croissant and sandwich, so we lost a lot of precious time in Barcelona. You can easily make breakfast yourself at the appartment because the kitchen is well equipped and a supermarket is nearby. The appartment was super. We liked our stay very well. The receptionists were very helpfull and friendly.

comments the multiple room apt.( 2bd/1 ba+ sitting/dinette/kitchen) was very comfortable for a family travelling as 2 adults and 1 adult son...the location is in a nice district of restaurants within a few blocks all around...the staff is very courteous highly recommend for the spaciousness

comments Es el tipo de estancia ideal si tu concepto de comodidad es tener mucho espacio. Los apartamentos están bien, aunque necesitarían una manita de pintura y son un poco caros. Por lo demás, muy bien. Buena ubicación (a 15 minutos de las Ramblas en una zona tranquila), amplitud, limpieza...

comments Ha sido una agradable sorpresa la calidad y gusto con la que están equipadas las suites. Todo es nuevo y en perfectas condiciones. Adicionalmente, su ubicación es excelente, ya sea para acceder a la estación mas próxima del metro, como para recorrer las principales calles y tiendas, caminando. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. Por supuesto que las recomendaré!!
