Mi opinión es positiva, pero cambia de cuarto a cuarto. Los primeros días estaba en un cuarto muy cerca de la recepción , muy pequeño y ruidoso, pero siempre limpio. Luego, pasé los días siguientes en otro cuarto mucho mejor: más grande y bastante lejos de la recepcíon. Este último cuarto era de verdad muy bonito, limpio, y más silencioso. El personal es muy amable y disponible, pero habla solo español. Un consejo: preguntar por un cuarto lejos de la recepción. Valeria y Federico (Italia) |

La entrada da miedo pero luego las habitaciones están bastante bien en general. Lo único que desde la habitación se oía perfectamente lo que pasaba en la recepción. Muy céntrico. |

únicamente 1 aspecto malo: Reservé habitación con cama doble, no 2 individuales, y la primera noche me dieron una habitación con 2 camas (no obstante me dijeron que al día siguiente cambiaríamos de habitación).
por el resto todo bien, la ubicación es muy buena y con respecto a la limpieza bien y el servicio prestado por el personal correcto.
algo caro, pero la ubicación se paga cara. |

the photos are somewhat misleading. i shared a room (1 bed) and the lighting was poor, the window looked into a garbage-filled alley, and the bedsheets and pillows looked slightly dirty.
the bathroom was terrible. the shower didn't close all the way, was narrow and cramped, and overall one got the impression uncleanliness. also, if you must stay here, ask for a room away from the front desk as they watch TV loudly at all hours of the night.
the location was the best part. |

The building is old, but the rooms are very nice and very clean(every day clean towels) .The people are very friendly. We had a lovely stay at Casa Goya. |

It was a good place with really nice staff. The only thing was the smell of the room. There should be non-smockers rooms. |
