The Hotel is exceptionally well suited for exploring Barcelona. Though a bit difficult to reach by car for business and appointments. |

o hotel está localizado na melhor área de barcelona no ponto de vista de turista. a 5 metros da rua rambla, que é um caso a parte de tão interessante. e situado no meio da parte velha e da parte gótica da cidade. o hotel é moderno, tem notebook no quarto de graça. mas a hidro do banheiro me decepcionou, assim como alguns pequenos detalhes de conservação. o café da manhã é bom e os funcionários bem atenciosos. vai fundo que vale a pena. |

considering a four star hotel there was no tea/coffee making facilities,no bathrobes or slippers as stated in the other opera sister hotels in spain.rooms were clean& hotel was very central. staff were helpful. |

We booked 5 rooms for a family trip. One of them the air conditioner did not functioned well. Except for that, everything was excellent. |

booked this hotel for it's outdoor terraces and seating areas, and was looking forward to having drinks outside. However, very disappointed the bar was closed all the time we stayed - no-one there to run it! No communal lounge to relax in. Fantastic looking hotel, just like on the website. Could have done with a mirrir in the bedroom as we had triple room and only one mirror, in the bathroom! Very helpful daytime staff. Great breakfast. |

This hotel has a great location midway on the Rambles and has a wonderful garden space on the interior of the hotel which is very unusual in Barcelona. There is a Continental Breakfast and a bar area open in the evening hours, but no room service or full restaurant...since food abounds everywhere close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful and many of them do speak English. AND the in the wall hardwired ethernet connection supplied me with everthing I needed to keep my business up and running while I enjoyed the splendor of Barcelona everyday and checked back in at the end of my exploring to talk to my clients at the beginning of their work day. No fees for the internet and the connection was fast and reliable.
I highly recommend this hotel AND Barcelona!!! |

The hotel is extremely well situated (Ramblas) and close to all attactions: day & night.
My room was perfectly clean but smaller than in the photos online. The bathroom was stylish and modern (luxury shower). The staff nice and helpful. I was even shown the way to my room! |

A small hotel, friendly staff, in a very central location just off the Ramblas. Spacious, well equipped rooms. The downside was due to location the it tends to be very noisy at night, advise specifying a room at the back of the hotel on a higher floor. |

No aircon so it was hot in the room. Terrible hydroshower, caused water to get all over the bathroom floor. Top bunk bed did not feel safe to sleep on because it had not railings so fear or rolling over at night-time - not safe for kids or adults |

it would have been a very nice stay if all the construction work had been finished. there were times when the water was cut off, the lift was not working, and builders where all over the place. overall, i do like the hotel though. and would consider another stay, given that everything is finished. |
