Thank you for making our stay wonderful. You far exceeded our expectations. Your hotel is possibly the best value for a first time visitor to Barcelona... perfect location, clean, helpful staff... great "American King-size bed". Quiet. No problems. We enjoyed the city and came home to comfort and quiet each night... perfect location.

Excellent staff. Generally excellent hotel in a brilliant location. The room was quite small which meant I bumped my shins on the bed ends occasionally - I had to move the mattress down to stop this. Also, the ceiling of the room could do with a dusting. None of these spoiled our enjoyment of a great city in a hotel in a great location.

Excellent hotel, very close to all the activity but not too close, so we did not get any noise from outside at all. The bereakfast is excellent! Everything was fresh and the service top of the line. The room was very clean and they were able to accomodate us all five. I wish all hotel were like this one... This is a four start hotel, but you get treated as if you were in a five start hotel. The reception was very helpful and friendly. The were two problems with our stay, one was that the SPA did not work and the maintenance people tool two days to show up. The other one is that the bathroom does not have any privacy at all. The door is made out of glass and open in the ceiling... so you could imagine.

We liked very much to stay by you: kindly service, nice and clean and roomy room. no noise from the outside and location nearby the centre of the town. What was a bit negative: The breakfast had too little fruit and too little variation. The glass door to the toilett did not stop any noise. The air condition was a problem over the one bed, so we had to stop the air condititon the whole night, that was perhaps the greatest problem during the stay!

This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were neat and had a modern look. The location is the biggest plus - the hotel is near las ramblas but far enough to avoid the noise during the night, all the front desk staff spoke english and were helpful with directions & other needs. Its also close to the metro, restuarants and some of the sights like the catedral. I would stay here the next time am in Barcelona and strongly recommend this to a new traveller to Barcelona

Wonderful small hotel chain with personalized level of attention and service in an execellent location off Las Ramblas, but in the quieter portion to the north of Placa Catalunya. Easy access to everything. Laptops provided in the room with free internet are great for trip planning and keeping in touch. Our problem was there was no room for us when we arrived from US the first day, despite a guaranteed reservation. Not exactly clear whether this was simple overbooking or really the lack of hot water they described (there were other clients checking into the hotel at the same time we were and they got rooms) We had to travel to another large "tour group" hotel about 15 minutes away for the first night and then travel back the next day, which cost us about 4 hours sightseeing time, repacking, etc. The management offered us breakfast included in the rate as compensation for the inconvenience and paid our transfer between the two hotels.

Front desk service excellent. Surprised they can charge these types of prices and have no bellman to help with luggage. Bar closed for the whole month of August, unbelievable! Rooms clean, spaceous. Cheap toiletries in bathroom. Shower is nice but water will leak out no matter what you do. Excellent location-5 min walk from Ramblas.

We were not able to check in until 5:00 pm even though the check in time was 2:00 pm. Also, they insisted we check out at 12:00 even though check in was late. Did manage to extend check out till 1:00 pm. The location is good about 5 mins walk to Las Ramblas. The room was good with a free computer and internet use. The shower is awesome. All in all other than the late check in, quite satisfed.

Reception staff were excellent - one of our boys left their holdall at the chair where they had been on the laptop and the the guy at reception kept hold of it - very honest. Hotel room was fab - boys loved the bunk beds and each had a little television on their wall. Excellent stay.

Très bel hotel, très bien placé (à 2 pas de la place de la Catalogne), mais assez calme. L'accueil est sympa, les prestations aussi. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Les petit-déjeuners restent un peu cher (15?/pers) mais ne sont pas mauvais, la chambre donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment, donc très calme. L'ensemble est plutôt classe, parfait pour un week-end en amoureux.

Estuvimos en una habitación exterior muy amplia y muy completa, tener un portatil en la habitación es algo que se agradece cuando se es turista y fue muy oportuno. El baño nos encantó, la ducha es estupenda, espaciosa y relajante. En general ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y volvería sin dudarlo, no es el prototipo de hotel clásico y aunque desconocía todo acerca de su servicio su aire modernista no defrauda ni compite con el buen gusto.
