comments Da das Wetter sehr kalt war, war die Heizung im Zimmer zu wenig und die Bettdecken zu dünn. Wir haben ziemlich gefroren.

comments Bien situé. Bon accueil, chambre triple très spacieuse (pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants), buffet petit déjeuner très satisfaisant.

comments Stayed w wife and adult twins. Place is very central. Very close to La Ramblas. Very hospitable staff. Do not expect very big rooms. Over all will recommend. Wish it was not that pricey (also could be because of the time of new year)

comments yo hace 2 años que conozco el hotel puesto que hace ese tiempo que me alojo en él, asidua y reiteradamente, y lo unico que puedo decir es que me encuentro como en mi casa, tanto yo como mi pareja. Por el trato de todo el personal , que aunque ultimamente ha cambiado, no ha cambiado su trato, la situacion envidiable en el mismo centro de barcelona, sus instalaciones etc. Pero lo más importante de todo, lo vuelvo a repetir es que me tratan y hacen sentrime como en casa, y en cierta medida despues del tiempo que hace así lo siento ,que me encuentro como en mi casa, y el tiempo que me quede por ir , siempre podreis contar conmigo como clienta.

comments El hotel está bastante bien, pero deberían cuidar detalles como por ejemplo que la calefacción estaba apagada cuando llegué a la habitación por la noche. El confort no es sólo cuestión de mobiliario, estos detalles hacen que la estancia sea más acogedora. Por lo demás la situación es perfecta y el personal muy amable.

comments me extrañó que cargaran en tarjeta el importe de la 1º noche unos días antes para asegurarse la estancia cuando al hacer la reserva hacían incapié en que en la tarjeta no se cargaba nada antes de la estancia. Por lo demás, el hotel muy acogedor con esa mezcla de antiguo y moderno típica de la cadena y la situación muy buena tambien. Cuando viajas con niños la habitaciíon familiar es ideal pues disponen de literas en otro ambiente de la habitación a diferencia de cuando te ponen una cama supletoria en habitación standard en otros hoteles y falta espacio.

comments 1. I had asked for a room on a high floor, but was offered one on ground floor. My protests .changed the room to 4th floor. 2. The room was the size of about "a matchbox", and its window looked into something comparable to a shaft. 3. The room price (almost 130 Euro)did not include breakfast (an extra 16 Euro pp). 4. Our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. 5. Hotel is in an excellent central location.

comments This is our second stay at a Petit Palace the first time was in Madrid. I am very impressed with their accommodations and the lay out of the room. The staff was also very attentive and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

comments magnificio hotel muy bien situado (cerca de los lugares de interes pero en un area tranquila). Magnifico equipamiento de las habitaciones y un ambiente muy agradable. Altamente recomendable

comments El hotel está genial, muy bien situado,me encantó la decoración, las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes pero estan muy bien equipadas, televisión de plasma, ordenador, etc... ah y me gustó un montón los productos del baño de rosa mosqueta. La atención del personal de recepción fué muy amable, aunque nos indicasen mal una visita que queriamos hacer gg. Cuando vuelva a BCN, me gustaría volver a este hotel.
