Thanks a lot for your feedback. 15 minutes to get to las Ramblas by metro but less than 10 minutes to get to Passeig de Gracia - Catalunya Square, just up las Ramblas, so probably this combination works better. We really hope to see you back and a Happy 2012!! |

I would like to emphasize that we do not have apartments with two double beds, the distribution is always the same: one room with double bed and one with two singles. Although for us there is no problem with joining the two single beds, but this desition would better be taken by the guest. On the other hand I encourage everyone to ask any concerns or doubts to the front desk staff who will be happy to help. Best wishes for 2012!! |

It is true that you can find a grocery store just around the corner to buy staff for breakfast, or even walk dow street to several cafes or bakeries. But room serviced breakfast at 5 euros is a good choice for people that can't leave without a cup of coffe or that want to have a snack before going out of the apartment. Dear Mr.Zhang, the normal cost for a taxi from the hotel to the aiport is around 30-40 euros, depending on the traffic and the baggage you have. It is true that if we (the hotel) call for a taxi there is an extra cost because they come from wherever they are to pick you up, so it is possible that if you take a taxi on the street it would have been cheaper, but no more than a couple of euros for the service... Any way they should have always the taximeter working so you know whatever you have to pay is correct. I am sorry to hear that experience upset your end of the trip; but glad to have been able to make your stay almost perfect at our apartments. We really hope to see you back some time in the future. |

We really appreciate your comments but there seems to be some mistake in the hotel. We are located in Barcelona, not Paris. Indeed we have free WIFI, snack breakfast room serviced, but we do not offer a room but an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, with fixed beds each. Your apartment had 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower and both had a screen. The hotels during your trip have must been mixed at some point, but thanks anyway for your comment and we really hope you can can visit us again in the future. |

We take note about your suggestions, but there are already instructions for washing machine in each apartment. As for the hair dryer it is true that it does not have much power. It's the typical hair dryer that can be found in hotels, used to remove moisture but not to depthly dry, that is why we have some dryers available at reception if required. Con relación al parking queremos destacar que en Barcelona, como en muchas otras ciudades, todas las zonas para aparcar en el centro son de pago (zona verde y/o azul). Es cierto que los precios de los parkings no son baratos pero aun así nosotros ofrecemos la tarifa más baja de la zona para nuestros clientes. Barcelona is obviously very large and quite noisy city so we allways recommend people who need peace to inform us before their arrival so we can try to assign them an apartment interior, facing the court yard which is lot quiter.
