Rooftop Pool was tiny so that was a little disappointing.
We left some items of sentimental value, which the maid handed into reception for us after our departure. When we tried to ask the hotel to forward them to us, they wanted to charge us £50 for a courier and would not send by registered mail. |

One or two minor niggles with the hotel were more than compensated for by the fantastic assistance given by the hotel staff when my wife had her handbag stolen when in the centre of Barcelona. The staff looked after my children, helped with telephoning to cancel credit cards etc and arranged taxis to go to the police station. They could not have been more helpful and I am very grateful. As a result, our holiday in Barcelona was hardly disrupted at all. |

the hotel lived up to my expectations, as I had read other reviews before selecting the hote. In a ver good position just north of Catalunya square. Pool terrace was smaller than expected but was never a problem when we wanted to relax after a days sight seeing. Views from the terrace on the roof were wonderful and a good way to have a relaxing start to the evening, sitting there with a drink. Thought the drinks were not too expensive considering it was a top class hotel. Room was a good size and very clean. |
