Excellent from start to finish;really helpful reception, we arrived at the hotel at 09.30hrs expecting to drop our bags and return later but were given a room (sea facing) immediately. We'd booked 3 rooms on 2 separate bookings and were given all rooms together. Enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant, the two boys asked for and got food not on the menu. We went to the Nou Camp which is the other side of the City----no problem, the No.7 bus starts about 200m from hotel and drops you as near to it as you can get on public transport.

Hotel staff were friendly, and price was good value. My only issue was that it was very hot, but think there may have been an issue with my air conditioner.

We loved the hotel, it was very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and the location and view was exactly what we hoped. It was easy walk to the nearby business districts for many choices of restaurants and shopping. We used the metro and cabs for site seeing with no issues. Greg and Terri, Springfield, IL

Overall the stay was fine. The room was always clean and the staff was very friendly. Even though, the room was smaller than expected. There was also no place to hang/put our clothes and we also missed a fridge.

The hotel was great, the staff friendly and accommodating and the breakfast great. The free Wi-Fi was also good (although reception in the room was not always good). We would probably have rated the hotel 5 if we had a better (larger) cupboard in the room and we really thought that a 4 star hotel should have coffee available in the room.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, cosy rooms and tasty breakfast! The only trouble is the Internet (Wi-Fi), my laptop had the conflict with the hotel's system and I was provided with ADSL-connection. Thank you very much! Hope to stay at your hotel once again!

everything was ok, there were just too few electrical outlets in the room for charging phones etc. (there were only 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom which were free).

Everything was perfect ! The hotel is directly to the beach, 10 minutes by underground to the center, the hotel staff is very friendly, the cleanly room is comfortable and breakfast leaves nothing to be desired :-) !!
