comments I did not stay at the Catalonia Corcega; two days prior to my booking I was telephoned and told that I was to be moved to the Catalonia Berna. In some rerspects this was better as it was more central. However, being charged 16 euros for a very small breakfast - coffee (not very good) fruit and bread is completely outrageous (the hotel did give me a 50% discount when I complained. Also 4.75 euros per day for the safe box in the room, again outrageous. Otherwise, hotel and staff superb. Room extremely comfortable and spacious and excellent bathroom (most important).
