Esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Pulito, comodo per tutto e perfettamente efficiente.
Lo staff ha rapidamente risolto qualsiasi piccola cosa. E in più sempre gentilissimi a dare consigli sulla citta.
Lo consiglio davvero a tutti coloro che cercano un posto tranquillo e comodo per visitare questa magnifica città |

The room was a little bit noisy (the water pipes and the neighbour's phone conversations :-)).
Unfortunately the computer (keyboard) just was broken down and it was not repaired while we had been there. |

Hotel Call is basic and the rooms are certainly not 'plush'. However, it was cheap and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for a cheap place to stay in central Barca. |

Price/quality is perfect. Location is super. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Don't expect high luxury, but it is clean and everything you need is there! Unfortunately, the view from the room is just a wall, but I guess this is more frequent in these very old cities. |

I recommend this hotel, it is basic but central in lively beautiful gothic quarter and it is extremely clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We did not find it noisy at all as our rooms opened on the courtyard. |

La verdad es que la única estrella que posee...le queda un poco grande. Las habitaciones estan algo viejas, el personal de limpieza entra en tu habitación aunque tu estes dentro y durmiendo... es casi mas un hostal que un hotel. Además está situado en una zona muy mala del barrio gótico, y da un poco de yu-yu acudir por las noches. |

Wir fanden das Hotel für den Preis wirklich sehr gut. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Nachts war es leider etwas sehr laut wenn einige Gäste von Ihrer Kneipentour zurück kamen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral man kann von hier aus alles super gut erreichen. |

El hotel está situado en un sitio inmejorable para disfrutar ese ambiente inigualable que se respira en el barrio gótico y las ramblas.El personal es muy agradable.Al principio tienes sensación de haber metido la pata por el aspecto exterior,pero la relación calidad/precio es muy buena pues 30 ?/persona en pleno corazón de Barcelona es un preciazo y las habitaciones si ser de lujo tienen lo necesario,limpieza,amplio baño,camas cómodas y aire acondicionado.Lo único que no tiene vistas, pero creo que eso es lo de menos.Lo recomiento para el que no quiere gastarse mucho dinero,estar comodo y en el mejor sitio de Barcelona. |

It should be noted that if you arrive at the city in the middle of the night, this hotel will be *very* difficult to find. Our taxi driver had no idea where it was and just dropped us off at a nearby street, making us wonder around the dark alleys in circles, basically. The guy behind the counter couldn't speak any English, so calling them for directions was useless. But, when we did find the hotel, he was really friendly to us and we had a very pleasant stay in the end. The hotel also has free WiFi internet, which is always a big plus in my books.
The location of the hotel is amazing, it turned out. During the day you have access to very very affordable bakeries, coffee shops and jewelry stores etc that are right outside.
I'd definitely recommend this place! (Just bring a detailed map!!) |

Excellent location- 2min from La Rambla and 3 min from metro station. (But no easy to find). During my stay at night hotel was always quite so good sleep is guaranteed. Rooms are very clean but quit small in size. This suits if you are spending hole day out and only use room at night. By the way hotel is open 24 hr. Also receptionist allows to leave luggage after sign out which is very convenient if your flight is in the eve. |

The hotel has an excellent location, near the Cathedral and la Ramblas. Our room was very clean and the hotel personal very polite. But the walls were quite thin and our room had only one small window to the elevator shaft. Though the hotel was a good value compared to the price! |

There was one important problem: on the 1st morning there was no water in the hotel. This was quite unpleasant but in fact this was not the responsibility of the hotel, and the hotel receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. |

I booked a trip to Barcelona on my own and wanted to be quite central, but not on a busy street. This hotel more than suited my needs. It's a 1* so wasn't entirely sure what to expect and relied on comments online a lot. It's easy to find off La Ramblas, and arriving for the first time, I managed to get from the bus station via the metro to the hotel in about half an hour - if that. Clean room, very quiet (think I saw 2 other guests the whole time), maid service every day, security safe in room and I felt the hotel was secure enough not to worry about my room. The only (minor) grumble would be as per a few online reviews I read before going - the night porter can be a bit grumpy, nothing too bad, but not as nice as the guys through the day, who are very helpful. You want a cheap, clean, safe, central hotel in Barcelona? You could do a lot worse than this one. |

Great central location. Small room but clean. I wish they served coffee in the morning but there is a great coffee shop around the corner called Cafe Boqueria. The room needs to have a thermostat in it. The air conditioning was controlled by a timer which was not in the room. |

Unfortunately the lift was being replaced or repaired the entire time we were there. The place itself was in a great location and you certainly recieve what you pay for. It´s by no means the hilton but we had a twin room with our own bathroom and safe. Overall i would recommend it to anyone who likes to have their own room but is on a budget. Beware the rotating watchmen on the door though, it can be a little jekyl and hyde. Overall a 6/10, but that had greatly to do with the noise being created by the repairs to the lift. |

At first I looked at the reviews from tripadvisor on this hotel and got a bit frightened.... But when i went there, the staff can speak english, they were nice and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned properly everyday. Although the room was basic, its got everything we need and the lighting are bright enough. It was super cheap and well worth the price. The hotel was right next to La Ramblas so its very efficient although it might not be safe if you walk around there alone at night, espeically girls. This has nothing to do with the hotel though, just the nightlife in Barcelona generally.
In terms of noise control, you can hear people talking on the street in the morning, but at night its relatively quiet. I am a very deep sleeper so nothing can wake me up unless its very noisy.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel and I recommanded it to you. I would love to stay here again. |
