Hi, Thank you for your valuation, normally, if the lift no work the recepcionist call the build administrator and this person comunicate the problem to the maintenance service, normally is a fast service but sometimes the maintenance personal have to much work and the service is slow. Hi, Is quite complicate to undesteand wy you cancel one reservation if the hotel is ok and the room clean. Then if the hotel change your first room for another much better, the hotel search your complet satisfaction. Regards Central Atrium hotels sl. |
