comments Having found the ambassador hotel's website online, and seeing it was a 4 star hotel, decide to book it, it was by no means a 4 star hotel in my opinion, our room was more like a 2 star hotel, tv remote didn't work, panelling in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the carpet looked filthy, the air conditioning system didn't seem to be working. The only thing going for the ambassador hotel was the location.

comments would have been better if we had a better view that 4 walls from our window. there was no light in the room at all. did not take into consideration my special request (husband's bday). otherwise it was good.
