comments el hostal está muy bien, muy centrico, aunq un poco escondido del metro, pero se puede llegar bien. la atencion es buena, aunq nos hicieron esperar para poder entrar a la habitacion una hora. la ducha es un poco pequeña y no se pueden meter bebidas en la nevera xo aun asi esta bien, yo lo recomiendo

Hola! Los check-outs son a las 11h., eso provoca que si llegáis antes pueda suceder que para acceder a la habitación tengaís que esperar un poco (es importante dejarla bien limpia para el siguiente huésped). Otra posibilidad hubiera sido dejar las maletas y volver directamente más tarde... Respecot a las duchas, debéis saber que se están ampliando todos unos 15cm-20cm por lado desde hace una semana (mañana terminan), así que tuviestéis la mala suerte de tener una de las antiguas, pero os lo explico para que veáis que escuchamos y atendemos estas valoraciones. En la nevera, efectivamente, no pueden almacernarse bebidas (agua, leche, zumos, alcohol...), de ahí que no indiquemos en ningún sitio (web, reserva, descripción de la habitación) su existencia. El tema viene de cuando dejábamos poner bebidas teníamos ciertos problemas de convivencia entre huéspedes, así que cortamos por lo sano. Gracias por vuestras valoraciones y ¡hasta la próxima! comments The Hostal Barcelona City North is a really nice place to stay and I was totally satisfied. The room was huge and equipped with everything necessary. The personal (one friendly, young girl) was very kind and helpful. The environment was nice, too. The only negative aspect was that it was a little bit hard to find the Hostal because just a small door bell panel refers to the City North.

Hola! Gracias por los comentarios. Debes saber que este trimestre cambiamos todas las ventanas para intentar minimizar el ruido exterior. El problema es que es una calle semipeatonal y un poco de ruido fuera enseguida se oye. Por otro lado, estamos realizando trabajos para mejorar la sonoridad en el interior, pero eso también depende de nuestros huéspedes, claro. comments Kleine aber sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Die Dusche ist für dicke Menschen niocht geeignet, da sie relativ klein ist. Das Hostel verwaltet sich selber, es ist also selten jemand da, den man wegen etwas Fragen könnte. Eine Notfallnummer, die man narufen kann, gibt es aber selbstverständlich. Insgesamt: empfehlenswert

comments l'albergo è vicino alle stazioni della metropolitana di Fontana e di Lesseps a soli 8 minuti di metro da Piazza di Catalunya. Il persona è molto gentile e le camere carine e pulite.A disposizone dei clienti c' è un frigorifero che può essere utilizzato da tutti e un distributore di bibite fresche questo a pagamento.Assolutamente consigliabile per le vostre vacanze nella spendida Barcellona.

comments The room was clean and good enough to stay for few days in BCN. Only thing I missed was a fridge. At night there was quite a noise, someone was screaming and clinging long time (probably forgotten key).

Just a few words to tell you that from next week, in order to many guest suggestions, CITY NORTH -apart form the vengind machine- will have a fridge (only for little things of food) in the common area. As we have in some of our other hostels, we know it helps our guests to save money with the food. We really try to improve. I´m sorry about the noise, we didn´t know it. comments El hotel está bastante bien para el precio, quizás lo peor sea que las habitaciones / cuarto de baño son muy pequeños pero, ¿qué mas puedes pedir por ese precio?

Hola Javier, Realmente, pensamos que el precio -por ser Barcelona- es verdaderamente competitivo. Supongo que por lo del tamaño te refieres especialmente a los platos de ducha. Debes saber que, a pesar de que el BARCELONA CITY NORTH se inauguró solamente hace dos años, sabemos que nos equivocamos con los platos de ducha, que se "ampliarán" este mismo año. comments Nice clean room, friendly reception. I had noticed comments on the web about noise levels. Inside the hostal it was very quiet,even though it was full. It is mostly noise from the bins in the street below the windows that I noticed. Kettle in the room and free internet was good. One thing I would have liked was a hook and shelf in the shower room. The hostel is only a few minutes walk from the metro so access to all parts of the city is easy. I would recommend the hostel to you and I would certainly stay here if I vist again David.

comments Nice clean room, fresh towels every day. Friendly staff. Good location, 10 minutes from nearest underground station. Quite noisy though, due to the bins being emptied outside at night.
