¡Hola! Gracias por vuestros comentarios. Ante todo, deciros que próximamente ofreceremos desayuno buffet. Os agradecemos que hayáis apreciado el trato familiar que nos caracteriza y el estado de limpieza. Respecto al tema del agua caliente, como os comentaron en recepción (realmente fuisteis desafortunados), cogistéis los días en que llegó el frío a Barcelona, con lo que la temperatura de la caldera no estaba correctamente ajustada a la estación (agua caliente hay más que de sobras). Hi! We think that in the website is clear we offer a simple hotel in a superb position, just value for money. Rooms have exactly what is explained in the room description (tv, air-con, safe, bathroom, wi-fi internet access). Hi Barbara! Thanks again for your comments (I know you sent also an e-mail directly to us, that I have already answered). We always try to give an excellent return on money in each date of the year, so if the prices get a bit higher it is because the dates in the city are more expensive or cause of the improovements we are making (next year we will include breakfast, for example). Probably you got one of the old rooms (new ones are really better, all of them ill be finished on December), but you have to know that before we bought this place there wasn´t air-conditiond, unsoundproofed windows... So we are improoving really fast and without disturbing our guests. I hope next time you will see the change (and we will have a 5 over 5!). See you! Best regards.
