Overall our stay was excellent. David in reception was extremely professional. The bed was comfortable and the shower roomy. Our only slight disappointment was with breakfast. The staff were nice but needed to be a little bit more on the ball and on the last morning the music was turned up too loud. Sagrada Familia is just around the corner (we could see it from our 6th floor room) which meant we could get there early before the coach loads. It was only a 20 minute walk to the Bus Turistic red route stop (but 40 minutes to the Information centre for the tickets in the Placa de Catalunya). We loved Barcelona and we would recommend the Ayre Hotel. The Av de Gaudi is close and a great place for evening dining, drinking and atmosphere.

Geweldig weekend gehad in Barcelona. Erg goed en mooi hotel. Toplocatie bijna onder de Sacre de Familia. Goed ontbijt en personeel zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Metro op 100 meter.

Service was impeccable.
It's just too bad there was no outside windows in the room.
Food was good and very cheap for a hotel room service.
Staff was professionnal and courteous.

Estuvimos un fin de semana en una suite del hotel Ayre Rosellon y fue realmente fantástico. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa (algo muy díficil de conseguir en un hotel) con una habitación fantástica en todos los aspectos (servicios, decoración, tranquilidad). Además el personal del hotel es muy atento.
Aparte de las impresionantes vistas de la Sagrada Familia y de la ciudad, el hotel está ubicado muy cerca del metro lo que permite desplazarte comodamente y rápido a cualquier punto de la ciudad.
Sin duda será nuestro hotel siempre que volvamos a ir a Barcelona.

La situación es inmejorable, la atención, limpieza y confort de las habitaciones excelentes, quizás reseñar el grado de firmeza de las camas algo elevado.
Las habitaciones con vista a la Sagrada Familia impresionantes (estabamos en el 8º piso).
Como única crítica, decir que a nuestra llegada, el Domingo al atardecer, la iluminación del garaje era mas bien escasa, incluso nula en las zonas alejadas de la entrada. El resto de los días ningún problema.
