Lo mejor de la estancia en el hotel, su ubicación, situado en una calle muy tranquila, y el personal, siempre amable. La cafetería es agradable y dan muy bien servicio. Sin embargo, quedé descontento con la habitación que me asignaron, la 322, que además de ser interior, no tiene persianas, por lo que entra la luz del hall del hotel durante la noche. Tampoco la tenía dos camas individuales como debía ser, sino una cama de matrimonio.

Bollería del desayuno de poca calidad, las mini-napolitanas estaban duras. Se echaba en falta más variedad.
La Wi-Fi gratuita era un engorro: había que llamar a recepción para que el recepcionista te subiera un ticket con la contraseña válida. Ésta era sólo para 3 días, en vez de para toda la estancia en el hotel.
Por lo demás todo bien. Muy recomendable.

Como les informé el 14 o 15 de Septiembre perdí mi código de reserva y averigüe en su hotel sobre mi reservación y me dijeron que no tenian registrada ninguna reserva a mi nombre, razón por la cual, fui a otro hotel. Sinembargo, ustedes cargaron injustificadamente a mi tarjeta Visa, el valor de un dia de alojamiento.

Everything was nice, however, there was a lot of noise in the morning, from the other guests but also from the cleaning staff. We were woken up really early every day because of it.

Limpiar con lejia o un buen producto el moho del piso del bano. Limpiar los soportes cromados y el radiador debajo del lavabo. Tambien haria falta una javonera para el lavabo.

Nuestra estancia en Barcelona ha sido fenomenal, y estar alojados en este hotel nos ha proporciando el descanso, la comodidad y los servicios que esperabamos para reponer fuerzas cada dia. MUy, pero que muy satisfechos, por las instalaciones, por la ubicacion ( muy cerca de toda la zona turistica), y por los empleados.

En general el servicio y las instalaciones son muy buenos. La variedad de alimentos y calidad en el desayuno es bastante buena. Quizás el único problema son los horarios respecto al gym, lo abren muy tarde, deberían abrirlo más temprano. Otro problema es el la conexion a internet, aunque se soluciona en el momento que te prestan un cable para conectarte.

Hotel bem localizado, boas instalações, pessoal da recepção muito atencioso. Um destaque para Xavi na busca de opções de restaurantes e bares de tapas, incansável.
Defeito, as paredes dos quartos são finas e a privacidade fica comprometida. Pela manhã, o pessoal da limpeza dos quartos faz muito barulho com o aspirador de pó e arrastando móveis.
