Estimada Srta. Estévez, Lamento mucho que no le asignaran una habitación con vistas exterior calle. Normalmente, la asignación de habitaciones va relacionada con el precio o tarifa de reserva que están pagando y la habitación que han requerido en la reserva. De todas formas, en su próxima visita, si lo desea y hay disponibilidad le podremos hacer un upgrade de habitación por ser clienta repetitiva. Finalmente, explicarle que nosotros no hacemos diferencias entre sexos, religiones u orientaciones sexuales, siempre y cuando tengan una convivencia de respeto. Tal y como usted, podrá ver que la música esta alta en el bar musical The Ground Bar los jueves espectáculo de drag queens Shimai Show, Viernes fiesta para público Lésbico y sábado para público gay y heterosexual.
