comments The Staff on the phone, and Sara that we met on our arrival where great, kind and very helpfull. We enjoyed the situation of the apartments, very central, but the appartments by itself they don't worth the amount of money. It was the same price for a good hotel nearby with service. With Modernista lofts, there is no doors between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment, it was not very clean, facilities where a bit too old (paint on the tiles in the bathroom to make it look cleaner). Well in the general aspect it was too pricy for the state of the apartments.

comments Amazing central Location, big apartments with plenty of room for 4, only slight issue is that the bottom two flats have pans and Kettles and toasters but the upper one had nothing, also considering the 50 euro cleaning fee it was not the cleanest. Having said that i would definetely use these again - just try to get the lower ones!

comments apartment is basic but clean. What really makes this a great place to stay is the location, you just open your door and you're in downtown Barcelona.

comments Great location and your agent Thomas was extremely helpful and gave us some very good advice on how to approach our time in Barcalona. He also gave us good practical information, i.e. areas to avoid at night. We will definately rent again

comments Great location and nice enough place. But, be warned about a few things that are not really made clear in their literature. Firstly, if you book a one bed apartment for 3 to 4 peaople, there is no door between the bedroom area and the living area where the sofa bed would be. It is more a studio than an apartment. Second, watch out for the 50 EUR cleaning fee that you have to pay on arrival. There is also a late arrival fee, from 6pm onwards, whcih is fair enough I guess. Other points to note, there is a church bell right outside the building which goes off every morning at 9 and 10 am. So don't expect any long sleep-ins. Regarding the equipment, their wifi setup was horribly unreliable, we were forced out into an internet cafe to finish our work on more than one occasion. The coffe machine did not work. (not good when you have work to do!) The sheets are unconfortable, the pillows come in one long pillow case for two, and the lift broke down on the last day of our stay (we were on the 4th floor). Good points though, the check in staff were polite and helpful.

comments lOVED THE POSITION OF THE APARTMENT AND THE LAYOUT WORKED WELL. 80+STEPS UP SO YOU NEED TO BE FIT OR CAN USE THE SMALL ELEVATOR THAT GOES FROM THE FIRST FLOOR. NO FIRE ESCAPE WHICH I FOUND A LITTLE DISCONCERTING WHEN YOU COULD SEE PEOPLE SMOKING ON THEIR BALCONIES BELOW. THE GENERAL CLEANLINESS OF THE APARTMENT WAS AVERAGE-THE OVEN WAS DIRTY A DIRTY TRAY AND DRIED CHEESE HANGING FROM THE SHELF AND THERE WAS A LITTLE FUNGUS IN THE FRIDGE. BATHRROM WAS A LITTLE DIRTY AND THER WAS A STRONGISH URINE SMELL THAT WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US! .hAVING SAID ALL THIS WE HAD A FANTASTIC STAY LOVE BARCELONA AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY IN AN APARTMENT AGAIN.
