comments Hi, I was very happy with my stay at Sants apartment. My family enjoyed Barcelona very much and I definitely want to go back. Albert was the best!!! He deserves a promotion for the wonderful job he did with our reservation. Our train was late coming in from Nice and he waited for us and made sure we were fine. He sat down with us even though it was late and gave us directions to all the popular places and gave us fair warnings about dangerous situations. Overall, I would have to say that he is the best and when next I come back to Spain I would like to have him look after me. The location of the apartment was perfect and the only thing I would like to comment on is the fact that there was no diswashing detergent or sponges for dishes. I went out the next day and bought some and I left it fot the next family. Also please provide a bigger knife for cutting up vegetables because we only had a steak knife so it was very hard to prepare a meal with that.

comments Would have prefered a view onto main street, instead of a view over roof tops and washing. Also would have like at least one TV channel in english. Didnt have an iron in apartment as requested.

comments The apartment was clean. Most of all, the apartment was very fresh at night with the air conditionned. That was very important after a day in Barcelona during the month of July. The owner was present at our arrival and he made sure we had everything we needed, a very pleasant gentleman. Thanks
