location was excellent, the kitchen and lounge area was fine but the bedrooms and bathroom really pokey and dirty. the floors especially were filthy and grimey. bathroom smelled and had a missing tile in the shower that could easily be fixed. so kitchen good, bedrooms and bathroom dirty. location very handy to beach, marina and city.	report this review as inappropriate

Expectations concerning the apartment were higher. The expectations were based on the apartment´s pictures and descriptions in the Internet. We think the photos did not give an honest view of the flat. In the apartment pics there was a pic of a "terrace" or whatsoever, but there was nothing. The TV did not work either. We could also give some feedback concerning the service we got. We agreed that we could pay the rest with a credit card, but then surprisingly it was not possible. We had to have the certain amount of money in cash. However, the location of the flat is fantastic, just a couple of minutes to the beach, supermercados nearby and you can really see how people live there. It's a suburb with lots of locals and a great suburb to see, honestly. You can really see the life better from there on compared to staying somewhere in Ramblas.	report this review as inappropriate

The apartment is fine. The location is excellent as it is really near to the beach (3min`s walk) and close to the City centre (Las Ramblas 10 min`s walk) too. In addition, the landlord was very keen and helpful. Thanks for that.	report this review as inappropriate
