Location wise it was very handy for us as we arived and left by train (pretty close to Estacion Franca). Overall the flat is good, however, I would suggest for an upgrade to the bathroom which was not on its best state.

Great little apartment, brilliant location in the "real" Barcelona, walking distance to town and beach. Highly recommended. Only negatives were climbing up the stairs and the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Fantastic location - all was near, cute small flat, enough for two people. Partial view to the sea - fantastic. 5 points.
Shower part too small, water pressure so weak that showering nearly becames dripping... :-) Combination of no lift, third floor and with Barcelona not so good drinking water - we needed to buy it and carry it up... minus 1 point. Only small imperfections, our stay was perfect...

It was a lovely appartment at a quiet and cosy area. Lovely neighbours, and the best little restaurant at the 1.floor, Filferro. Close to the beach, and with two balconys where we could see the sea from one of them. It was perfect temerature innside because of the two balconys that let the wind breeze threw the appartment, No need of aircondition! (Wich anyway had to be emptyed every 3'rd hour...)The shower had low pressure, and we had to hold it while we were showering. But no big problem!! I will definately go back, and I warmly recommend it.

We were welcomed (as promised) by a rep upon arrival. The apartment overlooked other buildings with views to the sea. Clean, simple and cosy. Great location for exploring beach/promenade and city centre. Situated within residential area, so at times a little noisy (but this gave it a 'real' Spanish atmosphere, which we loved). Bars, shop, and lovely fish restaurants in walking distance. Were able to leave luggage in the agency on the last day (our flight left late). We enjoyed our stay greatly! Thank you!
