Good Morning Ms Douglas Firstly I apologise for the delay in replying to you . I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in the Lodge and this should have been picked up when you stayed. There is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and this is normal bathroom heating. I am sorry that you felt so cold and December was an very unexpected cold spell for Ayrshire and indeed Scotland.
