comments Dormie House is an exceptional Bed and Breakfast facility. The welcome was genuine, the service was excellent and the breakfast has to be the best experienced in a Bed and Breakfast.

comments Dormie House, owned by Peter and Marilyn Brown, was a real find. Peter was an extremely congenial host from the moment he welcomed us until our departure. In addition, he offered many helpful suggestions during our visit. We stayed three nights in the Master Bedroom which was very comfortable and spacious. The house also features an attractive guest living room with Sky TV, desktop computer and refrigerator. Marilyn served delicious breakfasts from a varied menu. All said, the B&B offers many amenities not usually found. For evening meals it is easy to walk to a number of excellent restaurants. We were delighted with our stay at Dormie House and highly recommend it.

Joan and Peter came from Illinois to see the Burns Centre and Culzean Castle. It was a pleasure to have them and to point out a few other interesting attractions in the area.

comments Peter and Marilyn were absoluetely wonder! Their guestroom accomodations were beautiful and extremely clean and well taken care of. From the moment we arrived to moment we left our stay was prefect. Peter and Marilyn were kind, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was delcious. Thank you Peter and Marilyn for everything. comments Lovely quiet setting. Very roomy and relaxing. Breakfast was just the ticket - all very fresh.

comments My husband and I had a short stay with Peter and Marilyn at Dormie House in June. I can honestly say that I believe their accommodation and standard of service to be 5 star - not 4. VERY comfy beds, lovely en-suite and a Scottish breakfast to rival the best 5 star hotels. We'll certainly be back. I'd highly recommend Dormie House to anyone!

comments Peter & Marilyn are wonderful hosts, the accomodations were exactly as represented and our golfing group couldn't be more pleased. The location is so convenient, both to Royal Troon and Prestwick Golf Club and within easy walking distance of restuarants. Peter even assisted us with our Turnberry/Ailsa booking, resulting in a very nice savings!

comments We were very nice treated of our host and hostess. Great rooms, nice and clean and a delicious breakfast. Great recommendations and help with booking table at a very nice restaurant. We`ll love to recommend this B and B.
