Location:
Obelisco Center Suites Hotel & Apart is situated in front of 'Obelisco', at the intersection of 9 de Julio and Corrientes avenues. It's the heart of Buenos Aires, you can go anywhere from here by public transport or by taxi.

The Metro Stop (subte) is called 'Carlos Pellegrini', line B. Carlos Pellegrini station is one of the busiest stations, it only has one platform (anden) serving both directions; their crowded stairs are perfect for pickpockets.

Carlos Pellegrini is the only station in the B Line offering a combination with other subway lines, and allows access to an Underground Commercial Gallery located right below El Obelisco, used by pedestrians to avoid crossing 9 de Julio Avenue at street level.

Avenida 9 de Julio has 140 meters, it is the world's widest avenue. Its' name honors the Argentinean Independence Day (9th July, 1816).

Please note that it takes a few minutes to cross this avenue, all intersections have traffic lights. It takes pedestrians from two to three green lights to cross it.

How to get there:
From Ezeiza International Airport 'Ministro Pistarini' (EZE): Located 35-km/ 21 miles from the city centre.

The Airport has 2 terminals:

• Terminal A: for Aerolineas Argentinas only.
• Terminal B: for all other airlines and for the very few domestic flights that operate from this airport.

The 2 terminals are close together and linked by a covered walkway.

The Airport has one long terminal with a service road and a main road at the front. Manuel Tienda Leon buses depart from the service road and public buses from bus shelters on the main road.

By Bus: Manuel Tienda Leon Bus runs every 30 minutes to Retiro Bus Station (near Retiro Train Station).
