Local Attractions: - Presidio also known as 'the jail at the end of the world'. The jail held some of the most wanted outlaws in South America from 1902 until 1947.
- Beagle Channel (Canal del Beagle) from where you can watch the Sea Wolves and Magallanes Penguins.
- Train of the End of the World (Tren del Fin del Mundo), goes through woods, mountains, rivers and valleys.
- Escondido and Fagnano Lakes (Lagos Escodido & Fagnano) from where you will enjoy the Andes and the magnificent views.
- Alvear Mount being at 1,400 meters over sea level, it is one of the most emblematic mounts in Tierra del Fuego, along with Olivia Mount (Monte Olivia).
