We had a wonderful time at the Londondaery Arms from 13-15Feb 2011. It is such a cosy hotel and a very central location for seeing the surrounding sights of Granny's Glen, Glenarriff forset and shopping in Ballymena. Thank you for making us so welcome and we will return again next year!

Our stay at the Londoderry Arms was really good. We have a two year old and found the staff so helpful. THey provided us with a large room for extra space which was not requested. The rooms was always warm with the heating on all of the time. There was a welcoming roaring fire downstairs. We ate in one of the rooms as there were not many people there and found this excellent as we had a 2 year old. He could just play with his toys. The food was lovely and the breakfast was excellent-a good Ulster fry. Most of all it was the welcoming staff who could not do enough for us which made the stay so pleasant. I would recommend this to any family looking for a base to explore the North.

Wonderful atmospheric historic building. Very comfortable and clean. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Food very good, and plenty of choice. Open fire and spacious, comfortable residents lounge. Lots of fresh newspapers to browse each day, and countless good quality magazines to read. Would recommend to anyone wanting a special place to relax and unwind. Convenient also for exploring the glens of Antrim, Giant's Causeway, etc.and lovely views of the harbour and coast from the hotel. Definitively worth a visit. We booked some extra days and got a good price as they have various offers of their own.

My partner and I stayed here for three night and we had a lovely room. the food here is lovely and you will find that its a perfect base for visiting both belfast and north antrim. you will also find the staff amicable and very helpful. Carnlough is a very charming village with friendly locals with lots of sightseeing advice to give! will definitely be coming back here
