Staff are all friendly an helpful, Bedroom was clean and beds was comfortable. Only downside was we requested a double bed, apart from that the meal was excellent, entertainment was good an to top it all off the Breakfast was second to none! Looking forward to our next stay, woul recommend!

I would like to congratulate you on your staff. A fantasitic Irish greeting was had at every occassion we had interaction with them - always pleaant, upbeat and very efficent. Room wasn't perfect but more than adequate for our needs. Food was great, good portions, well priced and cooked to order. Only grumble would be the Wi-Fi only works at the reception area. this was my first time at the Balmoral Hotel along with 3 others with me, we all were VERY impressed with the hotel and the food and of course the staff were so friendly and helpful, we will be back again and would recommend the Balmoral Hotel as a great place to stay and dine, Thanks, Clifford and party

I attended my brothers wedding at the hotel & the staff were fantastic & couldnt do enough for us, the food was excellent & the accomodation was great. Overall myself & the many other guests at the wedding were very impressed with the hotel on a whole.

This was one of the best overnight stays I've had. The staff at the Balmoral were the best. They accomodated my surprise visit and family birthday celebration to the tee. Jackie on the front desk was very pleasant and hospitible, the wait and bar staff were exceptional and made every effort. Best "Lasagna" ever!!!!

We stayed in the Balmoral on the I hate Monday Deal. We could not have been happier with the service> We arrived early as we had a function to attend nearby and the receptionist happily took our bags from us and on return to the hotel we found they had been delivered to our room. We requested breakfast at 8am and at exactly 8am teh breakfast was at our door.

I arrived at the Balmoral Hotel to find the double room I had booked had two single beds,when I rang reception they said they could not help as I had not requested a double bed when booking online,I stated that I had not requested two single beds when booking online either,I feel that this could be improved upon if their was a box to tick with preference when booking online .I must compliment the hotel otherwise for the excellent food and helpful staff.

Philip Jones Coach Hire brought a group of third level students, Spanish and Brazilian to the hotel and each and every one of them was overwhelmed by the facilities and the courteous staff. As a tour operator and travelling to various parts of the country, I was personally pleased that we chose the Balmoral Hotel. The ambience of the hotel was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and well proportioned. I hope to use the hotel facilities again when I'm back in Belfast. It was nice to have music in the bar the night we stayed.

I enjoyed my holidays in Ireland. The Balmoral is a great place to stay, easy access to Belfast, good food with friendly efficient service and a lively bar atmosphere. Only negative were the drunks from the wedding on the friday night who were partying @ 4am nar my room.

i was atttending a wedding at the hotel and decided to book a room, i stayed in room 20, the room could do with updating the wall paper on was pealing of the ceiling. The staff were very good nothing was a problem for them and the waiting staff at the wedding were supper efficient very quick inbetween courses and if you wanted extra they were happy to help. I would like to mention a lady im assuming she was the manager or receptionist on the morning of the 21, i was woken up by a screaming woman who was running up + down the hall (in an ann summers outfit) shouting for the police, the lady who delt with this was very professional she clamed down the woman who at this stage had woken most of our floor, it was great to see that the hotel delt with this is a quick professional maner.
