	I attended my brothers wedding at the hotel & the staff were fantastic & couldnt do enough for us, the food was excellent & the accomodation was great. Overall myself & the many other guests at the wedding were very impressed with the hotel on a whole.

	This was one of the best overnight stays I've had. The staff at the Balmoral were the best. They accomodated my surprise visit and family birthday celebration to the tee. Jackie on the front desk was very pleasant and hospitible, the wait and bar staff were exceptional and made every effort. Best "Lasagna" ever!!!!

	We stayed in the Balmoral on the I hate Monday Deal. We could not have been happier with the service> We arrived early as we had a function to attend nearby and the receptionist happily took our bags from us and on return to the hotel we found they had been delivered to our room. We requested breakfast at 8am and at exactly 8am teh breakfast was at our door.

I arrived at the Balmoral Hotel to find the double room I had booked had two single beds,when I rang reception they said they could not help as I had not requested a double bed when booking online,I stated that I had not requested two single beds when booking online either,I feel that this could be improved upon if their was a box to tick with preference when booking online .I must compliment the hotel otherwise for the excellent food and helpful staff.

Philip Jones Coach Hire brought a group of third level students, Spanish and Brazilian to the hotel and each and every one of them was overwhelmed by the facilities and the courteous staff. As a tour operator and travelling to various parts of the country, I was personally pleased that we chose the Balmoral Hotel. The ambience of the hotel was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and well proportioned. I hope to use the hotel facilities again when I'm back in Belfast. It was nice to have music in the bar the night we stayed.

	I enjoyed my holidays in Ireland. The Balmoral is a great place to stay, easy access to Belfast, good food with friendly efficient service and a lively bar atmosphere. Only negative were the drunks from the wedding on the friday night who were partying @ 4am nar my room.

i was atttending a wedding at the hotel and decided to book a room, i stayed in room 20, the room could do with updating the wall paper on was pealing of the ceiling. The staff were very good nothing was a problem for them and the waiting staff at the wedding were supper efficient very quick inbetween courses and if you wanted extra they were happy to help. I would like to mention a lady im assuming she was the manager or receptionist on the morning of the 21, i was woken up by a screaming woman who was running up + down the hall (in an ann summers outfit) shouting for the police, the lady who delt with this was very professional she clamed down the woman who at this stage had woken most of our floor, it was great to see that the hotel delt with this is a quick professional maner.

	Hotel looked sooo much nicer than the website. This hotel is extremely good value for money and i was really please with the room. The staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond - would stay again.

	Noise from another room from 1am to 2am. Rang reception on 2 occasions during that time and nobody answered. Very disappointed. Also no lifts or escalator available.

	my stay from start to finish was great.all the staff was so helpful but especially the lady on reception.we landed early and she managed to let us use one room and she was so pleasant and helpful all our visit.If we come back to belfast we will use your hotel again.

	The Balmoral is very comfortable and relaxed and the staff are fantastic and made our stay all the better. If we have any observations it would be i) more vegetarian choice on the menus ~ although the staff and chef did create dishes for us ii) better shower head needed ~ after good nights rest looking forward to powerful shower. look at installing eco.camel.com thank you

This was the first time staying at this hotel, was very impressed on arrival looked well kept and clean. All the carpets etc seemed to have been renewed recentley. I was a little disapointed in the size of the double room as a single was not too bad but would have been tight for two people. The bathroom and bedding was all ok again the bedding was very clean etc and looked almost new. Breakfast was slow but was good when it arrived. Think rather than waitress a buffet style may be better for business customers in the week. The evening meal in the down stairs bar was very very good plenty of it too much in fact for me. The service and hospitality all over the hotel was second to none. For the price quoted this hotel is 5 star and I would be glad to stay again when in the area.

I recently stayed here for a wedding. Reception was great, everything catered for and really well looked after. Food was lovely. Didnt get to sample the bar food but from what I saw, there seemed to be plenty of choice and all very well priced. Staff were very friendly. Bedrooms were comfortable and spcacious (we stayed in a twin room). Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Belfast. Good location - only 10 mins from city centre.

	liked the use of key card to gain access to stairs to rooms Breakfast 40 min wait watched others been served when it came it was good. overall view I would use again and recomend as staff very pleasent, polite and (something you do not always get) helpful.

	I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was pretty good, the staff were very friendly and attentive, for example, I asked for an ironing board and it arrived within minutes. The hotel was conveniently located, so in all it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed 2 nights at the Balmoral Hotel and had the best time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even giving us an extra early breakfast on our last day. Gerrard the night porter was a darling who couldn't do enough to help us. The owners were extremely friendly and always present in and around the hotel. 	Great meal on the Friday night in the restaurant. Wedding on the Saturday and had a fantastic time. Staff helpful and friendly at all times. Would stay again.

	I was pleasantly surprised by the Balmoral. The staff were very friendly and efficient, particularly the receptionist and the restaurant staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. 	Our stay at Balmoral was very pleasant. We enjoyed the food, drink and abience of the bar and grill in the lowere level. It would have been helpful to know where to catch the bus from downtown to the hotel, as we were given incorrect information at the train depot. (Not your fault!) Everyone was very kind and helpful, as we found to be true in all of Ireland!

	The first night of our stay at the hotel, there was a wedding. Unfortunatly we were accommadated in a room over the where the the bandor disco was playing we had a very disturbed sleepless night. In fairness to the hotel at our request they transferred us to another corridor for the second night of our stay

	The room was great, very clean and tidy. The food in the grill bar was delicious and reasonable. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic!! Pay extra to have it in your room. Would definately stay here again.

	My husband and I were extremely happy everything was clean and the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had no complaints while staying here at all and we do alot of travelling in fact I had tried to get another Balmoral hotel in Dublin but there was none.

	very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast very good. Child friendly. Only issue we had was our little girl got locked in the bathroom of our room. Hotel assured me the lock would be removed when we were gone and a newer lock would be installed.

	Had a very pleasant stay here, the staff were extremely helpfull ,which also includes the staff in the restaurant at breakfast but my main thanks go to the receptionist who booked us in on the saturday, our 1st room was to small but a quick visit back to the front desk soon sorted that out with no fuss at all.would definatly stay here again.Agian thank you for a great weekend

	My husband and I stayed in the Belfast Balmoral with our 2 young children and found it very welcoming and good value for money. Very handy when you come from the south as it's just before Belfast city, but yet very close to it, and close to the motorway (easy commuting). Very good parking, and lovely staff.

	The Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of facilities and service. The only draw back which prevented me from given a 5 is the size of the rooms. They were on the small side but were very designed and modern. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was very good value for money.

	Extremely satisfied, decor and service excellent. Warm and freindly service with a Belfast cead míle a fáilte! Gateway to South Belfast to city centre with fine dining and shopping area and to West Belfast to experience the post war environment of Nationalist Belfast. Great spot highy recommended a must for the more discerning visitor to Belfast.

	Staff were fantastic, a really good breakfast in the morning, room very comfortable. The only drawback was there were renovations going on and a Christmas party at night so it was a little noisy.

	The hotel was lovely. The room was very clean, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. The staff were friendly enough. I would stay there again when I return to Belfast. The only thing that was negative was it was not in the city centre, a taxi cost about £10. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay in the Balmoral.
