Our stay was pleasant, all staff very helpful reception looking after our luggage when we arrived early and left late. Had a very good lunch. When the renovations are completed would be great to see how it all works as known the hotel,for many years as use to live in the town

I really enjoyed my stay at the Adair Arms,the staff were very helpful friendly and attentive.The food was lovely and well presented.The rooms were very comfortable even the older ones,and I would say when the renovations are compleat the Adair Arms will be one of the top hotels in Antrim.I would recommend it to any one staying in Ballymena or touring Antrim.I hope to be able to stay there again my self the next time I'm in Ballymena.

We stayed here for one night with another couple, and we got rooms across from each other. The rooms were newly refurbished, plasma tv, tea/coffee and plenty of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. We had a meal before we went out and it was very nice, no complaints and it was reasonably priced. Breakfast next morning was very good, cereal,fruit,juices, bacon,egg,beans etc and plenty of toast. I booked online and when we arrived check in was straight forward and fast, as was checkout, overall staff were very efficient, especially Caroline our waitress at breakfast, nothing was too much bother for her. Would have no hesiataion going back to this hotel to stay or for a meal and would recommend it

The room and breakfast were lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. there were building works going on during my stay however and I wasnt notified before arrival. I think maybe a cheaper rate in these circumstances would have been appropriate. other than that it was a lovely stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the shower in our room was not great it kept going from hot to cold and it was not very powerful other than that the room was clean and spacious and good value for money.

I stayed at the hotel last week with my daughter and we had a lovely time. We have stayed with you previously but that was quite a few years ago. As soon as we arrived we knew that our room would not be ready as we were so early but the lovely receptionist asked for our room to be done next and it was ready before we had even eaten our scones. The room was nicely furnished and the breakast was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and we had such a good time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adair. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and although there is improvement work being carried out at at the hotel it did not impact on our stay. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to staying there again.

we were really impressed with the quality of our room. The bar was friendly and the reception staff really friendly and helpful.
As usual with a buffet style cooked breakfast, some bits were over done and could have been refreshed sooner.
The hotel is in a good location for exploring Ballymena, and it as only £20 for a taxi to the international airport, which we thought wasn't bad.
All in all a good choice and impressive for the amount we paid.

All the staff were extremely helpful & friendly - the lady that took the booking agreed that we could check into our rooms early as we had to change to go to a funeral and this was appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel has a comfortable, well used and relaxed feel about it and we would definitely stay here again.

breakfast was nice, maybe some frsh fruit or granola at breakfast would have been good, but all in all it was great.
porter brought us a jug of water to our room at night very quickly. thank you. would stay again.

Staff friendly and polite, meals were fine although slightly restricted choice, rooms clean and tidy, and a fine location as a base for touring, eg, car trip coastal trail / giant's causeyway, day trip train to Londonderry, day trip express bus to Belfast. We would stay in this Hotel again.

Very pleased with the Service, Food and Friendliness of Staff, the only "downside" was that our room (217) was very very hot and even though the windows were open it was still insufficient to cool the room. I would suggest that a fan in the room would solve the problem. Otherwise our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

The Hotel was so much better than we ever expected, the standard of cleanliness was excellent, it has to be seen to be believed. The staff were great, the food was lovely; we all thoroughly enjoyed our night. The only complaint (and this is really nit picking) the rooms were very warm!!

Hotel room was modern, clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was good, variety of cereals, fruits, croissants etc as well as a traditional cooked breakfast. Check in very good and staff friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in seemed to be in a recently renovated part of the hotel, other areas of the hotel are in need of an update - quite run down and shabby. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay and the hotel is reasonable value for money.

The staff were very corteous and especially with my meals. I am following the Slimming World diet, and notified the hotel prior to my arrival. All my food during my stay was cooked within the diet plan, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, especialy Kris (sorry, didnt get his surname) & Marie on Reception. The room far exceeded my expectations & we had an excellant meal in the restaurant on our 2nd night. Overall we would highly recommend The Adair Arms to anyone & look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I travel for work a lot and it’s easy to spoil a hotel either no attention to details or even been over the top and the Adair Arms having got it just right. With very friendly attentive staff and a newly refurbished room it’s just right for the working man or someone on a pleasure trip. I have to go back to Ballymena several times over the next few weeks and will be booking for each visit.
