Managing Director Dr Des O'Mahony is responsible for business strategy for Bookassist® as well as Bookassist® system architecture and has been active in internet technology and development since 1991. An Irish Internet Association (iia) NetVisionary winner for Online Trade and eircom net Golden Spider recipient, he also lectures at the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Director Karen Fives heads Bookassist® project management, development and Bookassist® database design and administration with over 15 years of database and transaction technology experience in large scale systems.

Director Kieran Fives heads Sales, Suport and Business Development, with a broad experience of the hospitality industry for over a decade prior to joining Bookassist® in 1999.

Director Dr Robert Whittle is responsible for the Technical Development team, with expertise in internet services technology, transaction systems, and security and has been involved in software development for over 15 years.

Head of Business & Operations Yahya Fetchati is a former Director of Hotel Partner Marketing at Lastminute.com and former Managing Director of Hotels for Europe at Hotels.com and has worked in this industry for well over a decade. He oversees all strategy and sales operations at Bookassist.

Operations Manager (Spain) Cristina Arano has over 12 years experience in the travel industry, occupying various positions in intermediary companies such as hotel Contracting Manager for international markets and Director of Sales. She oversees the development and growth of the company in Spain.

Web Presence Team Manager Mary Collins directs the development of the online presence of the Bookassist® system for all locations, as well as corporate websites and affiliate partnerships.

Operations Manager (Ireland) Roshan McPartland is responsible for client operations in the Irish marketplace encompassing online marketing, sales and support.
