My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay at Callater Lodge at the start of our recent touring holiday. The whole house has a lovely comfortable, welcoming feel about it and evrything was just perfect for us. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented. Full marks !!

We had the most enjoyable time, but unfortunately for only 1 night. Our hosts were very hospitable and very helpful the next morning as to our next destination. I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Braemar. A very beautiful part of the world.

We had a great two night stay at the Callendar Lodge. It was very clean and cozy and the breakfast was very good. The hosts couldnot have been more accomodating. I recommend this B&B.

A lovely place to stay, with very welcoming hosts and a high level of service. The breakfast was freshly cooked from good produce and the room comfortable and well equipped. Liz and Andy work hard to make your stay pleasant.

A lovely welcome greeted us at Callater Lodge after a long day walking from Glen Clova. An extremely clean and comfortable room and delicious breakfast made for an excellent stay.

Wonderful accommodation with friendly hosts who have thought of everything a guest may need. We were warmly welcomed and our room was comfortable with a view of the local area. The options for breakfast covered all tastes and was lovely preparing us for our day ahead. The opportunity for light snacks in the evening was amazing as we were too tired to venture out and this allowed us to eat and relax. Looking forward to our next visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend staying at Callater Lodge. One of the friendliest and most relaxed guest house / B&Bs we've stayed at. Room was clean, comfortable and newly-decorated, breakfasts were very good, there was a nice lounge available and the lodge was centrally situated in Braemar, near all the facilities and walks. Lots of advice was available for where best to eat, what to do, where to go. We'd an excellent time and will definitely be back! Thanks!

We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer. Very peaceful and comfortable. Andy and Liz were very welcoming and helpful. It is the first time that I have been able to look out of a bedroom window and watch a red squirrel.
